Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and are willing to travel extensively within their assigned territory.

As a Territory Sales Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential projects, and contributing to the company's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, architects, and project sites.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into business.
• Promote Fibrocast's range of FRP, GRP, and GRC products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market surveys and identify upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and timely deliveries.
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, orders, and payments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Represent Fibrocast professionally during customer meetings and exhibitions whenever required.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a career in B2B Sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
