Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers, creators, and brand advocates to amplify FOY's reach and engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, experience in campaign management, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and industry thought leaders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer collaborations within allocated budgets.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracts, content approvals, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate with content, social media, and design teams to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor influencer content for brand alignment and compliance with campaign guidelines.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, reach, and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.
• Generate campaign reports and provide insights for future optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of influencer analytics, engagement metrics, and campaign reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with consumer brands, startups, HRTech, Employee Engagement, Lifestyle, or Technology brands.

• Hands-on experience in Development
• 4-6 years of Hands on experience with Python scripts
• 2-3 years of Hands on experience in PySpark coding. Worked in spark cluster computing technology.
• 3-4 years of Hands on end to end data pipeline experience working on AWS environments
