Generate home loan leads through open market activities.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate builders, brokers, and connectors.

 Ensure a consistent flow of quality leads through business networking.

 Meet prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and guide them on suitable home loan products.

 Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

 Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

 Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Job Description:

- Acquisitions of business through DSA, CA, connectors, or Direct channel or other open market channel.

- Ensure superior customer service & TAT delivery to end consumer.

- Will be responsible for the cross sell of Bank’s Liability and Revenue products.

- Will be responsible for the Monthly assigned sales targets.

Required Profile:

- Should have 5+ years of experience in overall and minimum 3years in LAP product.

- Prior sales exposure in asset product are a must.

- Job entails understanding of basic financial terminology and application – Balance sheet, P&L

- Channel handling experience

- Job requires good communication and relationship skills.
