Role: Full Stack Developer Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can design and develop production-ready web applications with excellent frontend user experiences and robust backend systems. You’ll work closely with our AI, product, and design teams to build interactive platforms connecting users with intelligent AI agents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications with modern frontend frameworks and scalable backends.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate agent-driven APIs and real-time data into the UI.
• Design and implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs and efficient database structures.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and user responsiveness.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following software design principles.

Requirements:

• THE CANDIDATE MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT AND HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF UI/UX DESIGN PRINCIPLES.
• Strong expertise in Frontend Technologies:React.js,HTML, CSS
• JavaScript,TypeScript, and DOM manipulation.
• State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API,Rest API).
• UI libraries like Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of database design (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Knowledge of API design patterns, MVC architecture, and low-level OOP design.

We are looking for a Tech PM role – who are having the ability and keenness, to adapt and implement new technologies fast, and has a learning attitude and preference for learning over knowing. Organized, customer-facing, analytical, and technically sound lead who is interested in guiding key business decisions. The position holder will be working as a technical lead for Sankey Solutions and play a key role in driving projects through the whole lifecycle. Be able to think about all aspects of the problem and propose the right business and technical solutions.

Technical skills

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in Project Management and handling team

• Take end to end ownership to lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver multiple software development projects supporting various business units.

• Design, Architect, develop application using multiple tech stack.

• Understanding of client-side web technologies like React/Redux Js JavaScript, J-Query, HTML, CSS.

• Understanding one of the core technologies like Java/Python/Php/.Net • Understanding of DB in PL/SQL, SQL DB design/ performance analysis for DB. Knowledge of cloud technologies will be added advantage.

• Ensure that solutions are being delivered as per standards of availability, scalability and security point of view and that are done on time with the highest quality.

• 5+ years of experience building real-time and distributed system architecture, from whiteboard to production
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala  and SQL.
• Versatility. Experience across the entire spectrum of data engineering, including:
• Data stores (e.g., AWS RDS, AWS Athena, AWS Aurora, AWS Redshift)
• Data pipeline and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Azkaban, Airflow)
• Data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Pentaho)
• Deployment and monitoring large database clusters in public cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, Terraform, Datadog)

• Designing and implementing APIs in support of front-end services with a highly scalable, flexible, and secure backend using the LAMP stack

What you need to have:

• Looking for candidates from cable or wire marketing back ground is preferable.
• Communicate with Customer’s decision making authorities and fix appointments for sales team from data base or from other sources.
