Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive for Partnerships, you will play a critical role in expanding SkillDeck’s influence in the education and corporate sectors. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing partnerships with educational institutions and businesses to facilitate large-scale training and upskilling initiatives. This is a high-impact position where you will contribute directly to SkillDeck’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Acquisition:

• Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders in colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
• Initiate and conduct meetings with decision-makers to present SkillDeck’s course offerings, subscription models, and other training solutions.

Proposal Development:

• Create customized partnership proposals and presentations that address the needs of academic and corporate clients.
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, including terms of collaboration, pricing, and deliverables.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research to identify trends and demand in training areas like HR, data science, digital marketing, etc., within the college and corporate sectors.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and adjust partnership strategies accordingly to position SkillDeck as a preferred training partner.

Project Management:

• Oversee the successful implementation of partnership agreements, ensuring that deliverables and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, and product) to customize course offerings as per partner requirements.

Relationship Building & Networking:

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners, providing regular updates and exploring opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry conferences, networking events, and educational fairs to promote SkillDeck and connect with potential partners.

Reporting and Goal Tracking:

• Track partnership performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to management.
• Meet or exceed quarterly targets for new partnerships, revenue, and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Proven track record of closing deals with academic institutions or corporate clients.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with training and development trends, particularly in technology and professional upskilling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software for tracking leads and managing client relationships.
• Established network within the education or corporate training sectors.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, HR, or technology-related training is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ETL processes for claims, enrollment, provider, and member data

Handle EDI transactions (837, 835, 834) and health plan system integrations

Build data feeds for regulatory reporting (HEDIS, Stars, Risk Adjustment)

Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement data validation frameworks

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of ETL development experience

Minimum 3 years in Healthcare / Health Plan / Payer environment

Strong expertise in SQL and ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, Talend)

Deep understanding of health plan operations (claims, eligibility, provider networks)

Experience with healthcare data standards (X12 EDI, HL7)

Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and PHI handling

Strong enterprise sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of selling B2B SaaS.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ of experience of selling to enterprise clients OR to manufacturing industry OR selling FinTech product, SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions (like invoice processing, vendor management, Source to pay, Compliance solutions).

Mandatory (Sales Skills):Must have experience in end to end sales from lead generation, prospecting, demos, proposal building, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stable career history — no frequent job hopping

• Building components for the company's advanced health tech platform using Java, Solr, SpringBoot, DialogFlow
• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and solutions effectively
• Participating in technical planning and requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
• Developing the Code as per the requirements
• Working with product team and constructing the tech roadmap
• Designing, building and scaling the company's backend microservices
• Maintaining code integrity and organization
• Applying all quality requirements to make the code production ready
• Developing and deploying new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
• Developing documentation related to technical aspects and to facilitate current support, development, upgrades, or migrations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and build responsive and usable interface (UI/UX) for web and mobile applications through appealing, visual design
• Take ownership of product features and work closely with stakeholders to ideate and rapidly release minimum viable product or solution Extensive experience with SDLC phases including Agile methodologies
• Assist in designing client-side and server-side architecture
• Develop well-managed, high-quality, scalable, and reusable code using .NET components, web service APIs, database procedures, JavaScript, etc.
• Build automation pipeline (CI/CD) through appropriate tools and scripting
• Perform code reviews, validation, and verification testing
• Debug code, solve incidents and defects
