Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences digital products. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to design seamless journeys for millions of users, turning complex user needs into simple, delightful product experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup-style environments, enjoys solving real user problems, and can push design thinking across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for mobile and web experiences including concepting, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate product strategy and user requirements into powerful design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on real user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product flows, user journeys, and design experiments.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards.
• Continuously improve UX through data-backed design decisions and A/B testing.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design roles.
• Formal education in Design (B.Des / M.Des / equivalent) from reputed institutes.
• Proven experience working in product-based companies or fast-growing startups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work across web and mobile platforms. (Mandatory to share)
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Experience designing high-traffic consumer products is a strong plus.

Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a self-starter who can join a fast-paced startup environment in order to design and build a scalable cloud-based product. You’ll be part of a cross functional team that’s responsible for the full product development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities: -

Work with the development team to design & build new features using Node JS along with enhancing the existing platform. - Develop, test and optimize code for performance, maintainability and standards. - Participate in code reviews and make recommendations. - Use CI/CD techniques to ensure clean working environments and agile deployments. - Debug and troubleshoot cloud-based applications. - Follow Agile development techniques, participate in daily calls and assist product owners in story grooming.

Skill set: -

3+ years of product development experience. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong programming experience in Node JS/Java/Python. - Experience with React JS. - Experience in building cloud-based applications on AWS. - Experience with NoSQL data stores, preferably Dynamo DB. - Experience with any CI / CD tool.

Good to have: - Experience in GraphQ

We're looking to hire expert Laravel developers with strong command over database concepts and preferably, ability to work as a full stack developer utilising Angular/Laravel or Vue as a frontend tech stack. Minimum 4 years experience is required.

As a senior software developer, we expect the following qualifications:

• Has a longer IT technical training in computer science or similar
• Have proven experience JavaScript
• Have proven experience of developing REST-based services
• Have proven experience in PHP and JAVA
• Have proven experience in Laravel, Symfony, and Composer
• Have proven experience with CSS, SASS, and HTML

Experienced in TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, Object Detection,  Pretrained Models like YOLO, SSD, Faster RCNN, etc…

C++ - average

        It will be good if candidate have working experience in C++ in any domain

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Experience:

3-9 Years of experience into C#, .Net & WPF(mandatory).

Technology skills:

Mandatory

 Strong background in Software Development/Engineering

 Good experience of the n-Tier architectures with REST web services (WebAPI would be a plus).

 Hands on experience with .NET 4.5, C#, WPF with MVVM or PRISM and WebAPI or WCF

 Should have worked on SQL Server

 Worked on LINQ and Entity Framework

 Sound Knowledge of SOA Principles.

 Experience with Agile/Scrum Organization.

 Experience with ATDD / TDD (Fitnesse for the ATDD would be a plus)

 Experience with Continuous Integration environments (TeamCity would be a plus)

 Experience with TFS as a source code repository and as a Scrum tool.

 Excellent communication skills with fluent English.

Preferred

 Knowledge on UML, design patterns, design principles such as SOLID / DRY and best coding practices.

 Proven ability and interest in building new application feature which interacts with existing application and infrastructure.
