Key Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for forming and leading the customer growth team.
- Develop bespoke marketing strategies to enable exponential growth for Exly's creators.
- Develop a strong knowledge base of growth strategies that can be leveraged by the entire customer success team.
- Form partnerships with agencies who can lead marketing activities for Exly's creators.
- Organize educational growth webinars for Exly's creator community on how to scale / grow their business.
- Form and run a community for Exly's customers to enable cross-learning

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.
1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month) 7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Mission Statement
1. In your training of 1st month, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs that aims to give you an overall Learning experience along with you paid stipend along the journey.
2. We create career oritented BDT in this 1 month whose skill becomes unmatched across the sector.
3. You are required to use right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period, hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S)

- Developing chatbots and voice assistants on various platforms for diverse business use-cases
- Work on a chatbot framework/architecture using an open-source tool or library

SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Minimum 3+ years- of experience in Chatbot Development using the Rasa open-source framework.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying chatbots.
- Experience in Conversational AI platforms for enterprises using ML and Deep Learning.
- Experience with both text to speech and vice versa transformation incorporation.
- Should have a good understanding of various Chatbot frameworks/platforms/libraries.
