
Role/ Responsibilities:
Design and own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Manage product team and guide whenever necessary.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

Requirements:
5+ work experience in product management.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should have hands-on knowledge with A/B Testing, Data Analysis & User Research.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Enterprise Account Executive
from the EdTech industry with strong expertise in B2B enterprise sales. The ideal
candidate must have proven experience in lead generation using AI tools, CXO-
level engagement, objection handling, and final commercial deal closure.
This role requires someone who can independently manage the full sales cycle—
from prospecting to final contract sign-off—and consistently close enterprise deals
every quarter.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete enterprise sales cycle (Lead → Demo → Proposal →

· This is a generalist product role.
