Responsibilities:
• You would work closely with business and technology teams to plan and execute the
product strategy of Mintifi. We are looking for individuals who can grow into future
product leaders - people with leadership, drive and a passion for software products and
design. Define with business stakeholders the product roadmap for Mintifi
• Focus on the – what/why elements of defining solutions
• Analyze end - end process flow and consumer journey of the product
• Handle product vision, product marketing, and client/partner management.
• Defining success metrics and analyzing product performance
• Creating elaborate mockups and wireframes with industry standard prototyping tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business processes,
formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis,
ongoingscaled deliverables and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Managing small to medium teams with a focus on performance and talent retention
• Participate in creation and execution of product and technology roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and other leads/architects for building and delivering projects
• Ownership of front-end and back-end development work carried out with reusability, scalability, and testability of the projects
• Hire and mentor junior team members and coordinate their training
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
• Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment and stay compliant with security regulations
• Monitor reliability and performance of all customer-facing and internal projects

Requirements

• Work experience as an engineering manager or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Experience in the Fintech space
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and server-side technologies (Java preferred)
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
• Good understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe)
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• Excellent project management skills
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
