Senior Product Manager

• Strong QA Engineer (Manual Testing) Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a min 2+ YOE in manual testing
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have working knowledge / exposure to Python and .NET to support testing frameworks.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must be proficient in various testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User Interface (GUI), and API Testing.
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience with Database testing (SQL / MongoDB).
• Mandatory (Location) – Must be from Delhi NCR and comfortable with 1 round of face-to-face interview at the Faridabad office.

Preferred

• Preferred (Education) – Must hold a BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BCA / MCA acceptable if strong in fundamentals).
• Preferred (Company) – Product companies.
• Preferred (Experience 1) – Basic knowledge or exposure to automation testing is a plus
• Preferred (Experience 2) – Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

1) Be open to learn new frameworks like Hapi.JS , Typescript , Nest.JS

2) Strong DB concepts , and hands on knowledge on MongoDB , REDIS

3) Experience working with micro-services will be a plus

4) Experience working with JWT and IAM systems will be a plus

5) Experience working with Postman , Swagger will be a plus

6) TDD knowledge is an advantage and also working with Unit Test code and familiar with test code coverage concepts.

7) Strong operating system knowledge is a plus with knowledge of how to manage threads.

8) Working experience with RabbitMQ , Kafka will be a plus

9) Strong knowledge of JS internals is a must.

Product Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Manage agile product development process from product management point of view
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition
• Develop product positioning and go to market strategy
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
• Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate our applications with other leading industry systems
• Work with QA engineers to create test plans
• Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues
• Keep abreast of the goings-on in the industry
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.

Experience :

• Minimum 4-7 years of  experience as a Product Manager
