About the Role :

We are seeking a C++ Developer with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in competitive programming to contribute to cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) training. The role involves designing structured programming challenges and reasoning tasks to enhance AI systems’ problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop structured reasoning tasks for training LLMs.
• Create datasets to improve LLMs' ability to solve complex, multi-step problems.
• Collaborate with researchers to align task objectives with model training goals.
• Refine task designs based on model performance and feedback.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality in task descriptions.

Job Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience in C/C++ development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in structured reasoning tasks.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in competitive programming (LeetCode, HackerRank, GitHub profile is a plus).
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing programming challenges.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content using PowerPoint

• Convert SME inputs into clear, learner-friendly instructional materials

• Create simple storyboards and visual layouts for e-learning/ILT programs

• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency as per learning outcomes

• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and internal teams for timely delivery

• Maintain basic documentation, productivity logs, and status updates

Required Skills

• Strong English communication and writing skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint; exposure to e-learning tools is a plus

• Good visualization and storytelling ability

• Basic understanding of instructional design principles

Qualification & Experience

• BCA, MCA and Bachelor’s/master’s in education, Literature, Journalism, Mass

Communication, Instructional Design, or related field

• Experience: 0–2 years

• You need to be excited about the problem that we are trying to solve
• 4+ years of experience building applications in Native iOS (Swift)
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs.
• Strong Js fundamentals - You should be able to contribute partially to our existing React Native development as well
• Ability to give clarity and communicate well with the team, including Product, Backend and Dev-Ops (if and when needed)
• Ability to use profiling tools well, getting to root causes of bugs fast
• Ability to pick and work on adjacent technologies if and when required (Eg: If the best performance monitoring solution needs a basic firebase setup, that should not be a blocker for you to go ahead and do so)
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes
• You need to be comfortable working in a remote environment (Good internet connection and availability on phone is needed)
