You will:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
- Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories, reels, comments, and DMs
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns
- Handle paid social media campaigns with a basic understanding of Meta Ads
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve reach and engagement
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community
- Support influencer collaborations and campaign execution
- Coordinate with the HR team on employee engagement activities and employer branding,, including basic content capture and posting for social media
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to support overall brand presence and visibility through social media
- Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
You have:
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), their algorithms, and best practices
- Good copywriting skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign objectives
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance data
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with video content, Reels/Shorts strategy, influencer marketing, or performance/lead-generation campaigns

Role/ Responsibilities:
Design and own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Manage product team and guide whenever necessary.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding Assist in developing Product Strategy and Product Roadmap.
Define and create metrics to measure the success of the product. Work on continuous enhancements at each stage of the product life cycle Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize tasks
Requirements:
5+ work experience in product management.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should have hands-on knowledge with A/B Testing, Data Analysis & User Research.
Should be well-versed with Market Trends
