Senior Product Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 2-4 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies. (Bonus points if you've worked in startups or fintech!)
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements. Also, proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.
• Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
• Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback.
• Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.
• Expert-level understanding of the design tools (Figma/Adobe Suite/etc.) It would be a bonus if you know exactly how to create super cool micro-interactions using any tool like Principle, AfterEffects or ProtoPie.
• A collaborative team player who can work well with Product, Engineering, Business and Customer experience teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• You've a tech mindset. Although, you are not expected to code.
• You have strong opinions, loosely held
• You spend time agonising over the meta-design details but know when to choose progress over perfection.
• You have experience designing cross-platform experiences, from the web to native mobile.
• You know how to use Al tools like Midjourney.

1. Candidate should have a consultative approach not just pre sales call approach. 

2. Must be from B2B SAAS, MarTech or SalesTech but product based company only

3. Should be able to prepare pitch decks for the clients

4. 3 to 5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role

5. Solid technical foundation with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value and technical information effectively

7. Expereince between 3 to 6 years will only be considered. More than 6 years candidates are not applicable

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :

• Need Excellent Communication skills as the company is dealing with US Clients also

• 3+ years in AI development, with experience in multi-agent systems, logistics, or related fields.

• Proven experience in conducting A/B testing and beta testing for AI systems.

• Hands-on experience with CrewAI and LangChain tools.

• Should have hands-on experience working with end-to-end chatbot development, specifically with Agentic and RAG-based chatbots. It is essential that the candidate has been involved in the entire lifecycle of chatbot creation, from design to deployment.

• Should have practical experience with LLM application deployment.

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience in setting up monitoring dashboards with tools like Grafana, Tableau, or similar.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Create, maintain, test, and fix back-end infrastructure, including databases, data integration, API, core application logic, and other processes that need to be done behind the curtain. Since the job responsibilities can be performed remotely, we simply want our back-end developer to analyze user needs and improve user experience according.
• proficient in server-side development and optimization of data, including database creation and management and debugging
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Create and maintain software documentation

Responsibilities:

Finance:

Oversee financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial modeling.

Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for operations.

Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

Prepare internal financial statements and external reports for stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.

Manage tax compliance, filings, and liaise with tax consultants and authorities.

Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits.

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

General:

14. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulatory environments.

Lead and develop a team, if applicable.

Liaise with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications like CA, CMA, or CPA will be a plus.

Proven experience in finance and accounting roles with increasing responsibility.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.

High level of integrity and professionalism
