- the first of its kind and the only end-to-end platform (from Property Intent to Registration) - majorly targeted for ‘Resale Home’ Buying. Despite all the digital transformations everywhere, proptech for residential property resale and purchase, has been limited to classifieds (DIYs) so far. All retail & services industries across India and the globe witnessed the shift from DIY startups to more fundamental DFY unicorns - eg. Justdial to Flipkart, OLX to Spinny. Except Property buying. With the technology and the capability to execute millions of property inspections across geographies at the same time, by deploying a white-collar gig-workforce, Settlin is the first and only end-to-end

 platform for resale and purchase of residential Real Estate.

What is your role?

Engineers at Settlin are expected to be strong problem solvers with a deep understanding of how to make software modular. If you’ve ever built a complete application/module all by yourself, that’s a major plus. understand the software architecture.train and coach other engineers on the team

What should you have mandatorily?

● At least 1 years of Relevant Work Experience in React, MongoDB and Javascript with state

 management tools like Redux.

● Good Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Ability

● A Deep Hunger to Learn and Create Technology

● A good sense of design, empathy, and good communication skills

What will help you boost up your application?

● React Material UI Framework: Material UI

● Backend: Node.js, Meteor.js framework

● DevOps: AWS, CI/CD, Docker

● Implementing automated testing platforms, unit tests, benchmarking and optimization

● An experience of building end-to-end modules/applications

 What will you be paid?

 INR 10 - 15 Lakhs per annum

• Responsible for the end to end student admission cycle.Handling of student enquiries effectively.
• Explaining the candidate about the available IT courses and its payment plans and resolving their doubts and queries accordingly.
• Following up with the candidate for joining the course/ programme and for the payment.
• Making follow up calls for due payments from the candidates.
• Timely updation and scheduling of upcoming batches to all the concerned team members, trainers and students.
• Achieving targets set by the Reporting Manager.
• Maintain a MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have done enquiries
• Enhances admissions department and institute reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests for admissions.
• Any other work allotted by the Reporting Manager.

Job Role

Understand the requirements and Develop Web Applications independently

coordinate/prepare report status on development tasks: design, unit test, code, source control Job Responsibility Should be able to code independently or with minimal support from leads.

Should be able to adhere to all customer processes.

• Generating leads into exhibitions & events industry, targeting high potential clients participating in the exhibitions (Domestic as well as International).
• Developing business by cold calling, client pitching through research or references.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the clients.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Mailing Introductory Profile to prospective clients.
• Scheduling appointments and to get maximum meetings done with the clients.
• To get sound brief from the client and ensure maximum clients are converted.
• Client follow ups & feedback till the completion of the project.
• To ensure timely payment is made by the client after the completion of the project.
• To be a single point of contact between the client and the production team.

We need a full-time ionic developer for our app "smart diet planner" an AI-based personalized diet planner Startup.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code in ionic 5 and above

We prefer if you have knowledge of Node JS and Mongo DB too.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the existing application with new features
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• At least 4 years of programming experience in ionic
• Development experience with programming languages
