Job Role: IT Systems Administrator Position Summary: We seek an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and maintaining our company's computer systems and networks to ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems, particularly multi-user computers, such as servers. Job Location: Noida Experience: • Bachelor's degree • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)) are an asset. • A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in an IT systems administration role Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and configure PC setups for new employees, ensuring that all hardware is functioning correctly and is ready for use. • Maintain and manage laptops, including regular updates and repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity of devices. • Keep meticulous records of laptop issuance and returns, managing the inventory effectively. • Install and configure software applications, and provide routine automated updates. • Conduct troubleshooting for laptops, networked printers, and software issues, including resolving Microsoft licensing, Outlook email errors, and OneDrive issues. • Manage VPN connections, including keeping records and resolving connectivity or intranet-related issues. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, including design and deployment. • Perform regular backups and recovery of the Active Directory system state. • Handle Active Directory replication and troubleshoot any issues that arise. • Oversee DNS backup and recovery processes. • Manage the company firewall to safeguard network security. • Administer Azure Virtual Machines, ensuring they are configured correctly and operating efficiently. • Manage Group Policy settings to enforce security standards and operational policies. • Conduct monthly vulnerability scans and generate reports to assess system security. • Respond to and resolve monitoring alerts for servers, network equipment, backup systems, and anti-virus software. • Perform routine server maintenance to guarantee system availability and reliability. • Manage Exchange user mailboxes, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Kunato is a NY-based IT firm helping to create the first marketplace that monetizes digital content on the internet (icommerce). We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team!

Minimum qualifications:

• Practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, UX, a related discipline
• Able to join the company immediately (within 1-2 weeks)
• Comfortable using Figma and its features and a good understanding of design systems
• A portfolio with good design rationale and visual design skill

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience
• Interest in designing for emerging markets.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end design from concept to launch and iterate after user research.
• Track record in collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to design and launch new product features.

• Stay up to date with the Felicity therapy plans information, process, and other FAQs typically asked by customers.

• Connect with potential customers, gain an understanding of their needs, and convince them to enroll in a therapy plan.

Senior / Python Developer

We are looking for a Senior / Python Developers to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. Your responsibilities include understanding the product very well, and lead the integration of this product into architecture.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge and solid experience of all steps of the software engineering process and the tools associated with those. You should be a go-getter, a clear communicator and a strong collaborator who works well in a team as well as the customer. You should want to do high quality work and produce output that you are proud of.  

• Good understanding of Python especially should have used file/directory access, data persistence, compression and archiving, cryptographic services, concurrent operations, networking and IPC, developmental tools etc.
• Good understanding of key differences in Python 2 vs 3
• Knowledge of lib2to3, six, python-future libraries. Compatibility idioms provided by these libs and their limitations, issues in using them as is.
• Knowledge of Python3 changes in data types especially str, bytes in Py3 vs str, unicode in Py2. Should be able to gauge, understand impact of this on data in transit/data at rest in a large project.
• Knowledge of using C extensions in Python code, modifying to run with Python3, Python 2-3 compatibility.
• Experience working with large python codebase.
• Working knowledge of mysql, Python ORM like sqlobject.
• Working knowledge of Common third party modules like cherrypy, falcon, gunicorn, etc.
• Good experience with basic python, no django/flask needed 
• Some code needs to run in Python 2, some in Python 3 and some in compatibility mode
• Issues for Druva are in ORM, marshalling, networking
• Need candidates having Understanding of basic data types, extensions of python
