Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving pipeline growth for the sales team.  The SDR is supposed to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. This role is critical in identifying high-quality opportunities and setting up the sales team for success. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closure for success

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and outbound calling.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Generate leads through cold calls and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
• Manage inbound leads and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements.
• Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
• Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure.
• Monitor and attend face to face and online meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
• Pipeline Management:
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Schedule discovery meetings or demos for the Account Executives (AEs) and follow up accordingly.
• Relationship Building:
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring continuous engagement through personalized communication.
• Build trust and rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and align messaging.
• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
• Performance Metrics:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to the Sales Head. Report to sales Head with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Business, Marketing,Sales, or related field
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (preferred).
• Experience in SaaS, AI, Blockchain, or technology-based solutions is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection in a positive manner.

Role: Lead Salesforce Developer (Conga Composer & Docusign)

Shift Timings: 4:30 AM to 12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities: 

·      The Salesforce Developer role requires an in-depth understanding of enterprise IT software deployment and life cycle.

·      Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

·      Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Conga Composer and Docusign. 

·      Design and develop solutions using Conga Composer for automated document generation. Configure and develop Docusign workflows to meet business requirements and compliant e-signature processes.

·      Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Aura and LWC (Lightning Web Components).

·      Solid Experience with Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST, SOAP, APIs).

·      Proven experience as a Salesforce Communities Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce Community Cloud and Sales Cloud.

·      Release processes for complex integrated enterprise application knowledge is a plus. Participate in the feature delivery process from beginning to end, including documentation, system operational tasks, and declarative application development work.

·      Leverage Agile methodologies for development.

·      Assist with the development and deployment of training and training materials and demo new functionality to stakeholders.

·      Provide dedicated team support focused on finding ways to be more efficient through continuous process improvement.

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Engineer with expertise in building scalable, extensible and user-friendly web applications. You will work with a fast paced Product Engineering team to build efficient and reusable web applications for mobile and fixed devices. 

What you’ll do:

• Architect, Design, Code reviews and build scalable applications.
• You will be engaged in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with other team members to innovate current/new products. 
• Identify, communicate and implement best practices for application engineering.

• Experience: 1-3 yrs recent experience of working in a scalable web product firm
• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech  in Computer Science from Top ranked colleges in India
• Excellent software development skills in developing web applications over client-side frameworks - Backbone, React (preferred) and/or angular frameworks (preferred); and server-side frameworks like node.js
• Excellent programming skills in object-oriented, modularised JavaScript, Typescript (preferred)
• Strong knowledge and working experience in server-side Event-driven programming using Node.js
• Excellent programming skills in Javascript,  jQuery, AJAX, YUI.
• Passion for writing optimized code using JS best practices  and design patterns
• Experience with JS or Java-based Unit/Integration Testing using Selenium, Appium, Selendroid
• Hands-on experience in building scalable web applications
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Good Knowledge of version control - GIT (preferred)
