Position Overview:

• Job Title: Functional Analyst - AMEA ERP COE
• Location: Bangalore, India
• Reporting To: Domain Manager - Procurement & Manufacturing AMEA ERP COE

Experience & Education:

• Total Experience: 6–8 years in SAP MM (ECC or S/4HANA)
• Education: Graduate (minimum 4 academic years)
• Domain Experience: 3+ years in Purchasing/Manufacturing preferred
• Implementation: 3 full-cycle MM implementations; S/4HANA exposure (Advanced STO, Embedded WM)

Implementation & Functional Skills:

• Enterprise Structure Mapping: Plants, Storage Locations, Purchasing Orgs
• P2P Processes: Subcontracting, Third-party procurement, Release strategies, Inventory management, Pricing and Account determination etc.
• Cross-Border (export/ import) & Intercompany Scenarios
• Interfaces: IDOCs, ALE
• ABAP Basics: Debugging knowledge

Work Culture & Responsibilities:

• Independence: Handle MM/WM projects and support calls autonomously
• Cultural Sensitivity: Support countries across Asia, Middle East, and Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and gather MM / WM operation requirements
• Deliver SAP solutions (Blueprints, Functional Specs, Testing, Training)
• Manage data migrations
• Ensure audit compliance
• Delivery enhancements and changes within timelines

Value Additions:

• Innovate MM/WM functionalities beyond the template
• Participate in ABB initiatives (CSI, Cost Saving, AppRun, etc.)

Financial Management & Reporting:

•Oversee all accounting transactions, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and publish timely financial statements.

•Prepare budget forecasts, supporting annual financial planning and financial health assessments.

Compliance & Taxation:

•Compute and file tax returns, ensuring GST compliance with regulations.

•Conduct audits to maintain financial accuracy, adhere to standards, and comply with financial policies.

•Regularly review bookkeeping for accuracy and compliance.

Cash Collection:

•Oversee the company’s cash collection process and ensure that cash receipts are processed efficiently and accurately.

•Monitor and track cash flow regularly, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations.

•Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to address any issues or discrepancies related to payments.

Trade Receivables Management:

•Monitor and manage trade receivables, ensuring that outstanding invoices are followed up on and collected in a timely manner.

•Track aging of receivables and ensure that overdue accounts are actively pursued.

•Issue statements and reminders to clients regarding overdue payments.

Account Reconciliation & Financial Health:

•Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and report on the company's financial health and liquidity to stakeholders.

•Audit financial transactions and documents, maintaining meticulous records.

Technical Proficiency & Confidentiality:

•Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups as necessary to secure sensitive information.

•Proficiently utilize Tally, Oracle, and Excel for comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.

•Stay updated with industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and secure financial data handling.

We are looking for a 2 to 3 years experienced Python Developer to join our team. As a part of our Technology/Solutions leadership team, you will be directly working with Product Engineering team in Designing the crawling algorithm from social media.

Skills: Python, Web crawling, Web scraping, Beautiful Soup, Snowflake, Scrapy

- Develop customised tools to automate critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals

- Interact with manager as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements

- Use skills in python and selenium to design and deploy automated tools

- Understand client databases and manage data and databases for internal reporting purposes

- Build solutions to source data from a variety of enterprise sources and/or external data sources to create complex competitive intelligence reports.

Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and Restfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint Address and improve any technical issues Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems

Skills and Experience:

In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify. Experience implementing applications using Angular or React Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum one-year experience with MERN Full stack paradigm Knowledge of the following will be considered as an advantage: Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications Experience with cloud technologies is also a plus Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript, jQuery Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git).

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the testing, identifying issues and subsequent fixing in entire PDLC
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Quality review and signoff of new features
• Understand product architecture and functionality
• Create Test Case/Test script writing
• Should be ready to convert unvaried test cases into automated test scripts
• Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests
• Provide test case coverage and defect metrics to substantiate release decisions
• Provide support and assistance to business and users on reported production issues
• Creates temporary "work-arounds" for immediate customer/ end users issues
• Communicate with PMs and engineers on reported issues
• Participate in product discussions & refine the acceptance criteria
• Communicate high-value use cases and customer feedback to the product team

The ideal candidate must have -

• At least 2 years of practical experience in defining, developing, maintaining and executing test cases
• Prior experience dealing with full product development lifecycles and multiple releases
• Experience of working with Web, Mobile, and API Testing
• Basic understanding of good programming practices, architecture and design patterns
• Knowledge of Performance & Security Testing
• Solid analytical & problem-solving skills and experience of working in Agile process management methodology
• Should be excellent at communication, be able to explain ideas clearly.
• Must be extremely proactive and self-starter.
• Good knowledge of test automation tools like PyTest, Mocha, Cypress or comparable is a big plus.

•   Skillset and experience in Magento 2.x.
• More than 4 years of experience
• Experience in Agile Methodology is preferred
• Strong functional and code-level knowledge of all Magento components and relevant eCommerce technologies.
• Sound experience and knowledge of PHP 7.x and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Magento design patterns & EAV structure.
• Skilled in Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and having a good understanding in MVC frameworks: Symfony and/or Zend framework.
• Should have experience in design & develop custom Magento 2 modules/extensions and new functionality.
• Presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Should be able to customize various custom and 3rd party Modules.
• Ability to use GIT, Composer, and CLI.
• Experience in API Integration with 3rd party ERP systems & 3rd party services.
• Experience in Payment & Shipment Gateway integration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Knowledge of Magento site optimization techniques.
• Experience of Knockout.js will be a plus
