Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior QA Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to help us deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products. You will take ownership of testing strategies, drive automation efforts, and ensure that every release meets world-class standards. This role blends hands-on testing with leadership responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to influence our QA practices and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Testing: Design and execute test plans for web, mobile, APIs, and backend services.
• Automation: Build and maintain automated test suites for regression, functional, and integration testing.
• Quality Advocacy: Collaborate with developers and product managers to embed quality across the development lifecycle.
• CI/CD Enablement: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases.
• Defect Resolution: Identify, document, and track issues through resolution, ensuring root-cause fixes.
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior QA team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements, new tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA engineering experience (manual + automation).
• Strong experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Working knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting.
• Good understanding of REST API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to performance/load/security testing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in agile teams.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Core Java, Angular/ React and SQL.
• Good expertise in microservices.
• Good experience in cloud platform, AWS preferred.
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Responsible for all stores functions.
• Shall be responsible for maintaining all store records.
• Preparation of stocks statements.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders.
• Day to day issues and receipts, ledgers, stock statement reports and DMR
• Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
• Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.

1. Define technical blueprints and take complete technical ownership of high-level design, tech stack of the product.

2. Design, build, test and deploy product features that are reliable, secure and optimised for performance across all environments.

3. Work closely with product management team to define and refine feature specifications.

4. Work with cross-functional teams to address technical dependencies.

5. Drive some of the company-wide tech initiatives striving towards continuous technical excellence of our platforms.

6. Mentor upcoming engineers in the organisation / team.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in developing dynamic, scalable web applications.

2. Demonstrated ability in building / architecting large scale products in the React ecosystem.

3. Ability to work with teams in a collaborative and productive manner.

4. Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.

5. Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and demonstrates good design and UI / UX sensibilities.

6. Excellent technical leadership and mentoring skills.
