Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs that delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

1) User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.

2) UI/UX Design:

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and design concepts.

3) Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of the design.

4) Testing & Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability test results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure that the design aligns with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description:  

∙Estate Management 

∙Central Purchasing activity 

∙Management and supervision of front office. 

∙Detailed Planning of Travel and Hotel arrangements for employees and Senior Management when they 

travel outside India or within India. 

∙Prepare Itinerary for employees and senior delegates 

∙Coordination in Visa Processing, travel formalities for employees and visitors. 

∙Organizing Complete Domestic Air/Train/Overseas travel (Ticketing through Travel agent, Hotel Booking, Vehicle Arrangement). 

∙Planning, Organizing and controlling all administrative functions. 

∙Maintain rate contract with Vendors for Supply of Office Stationery, travel, hotel, cab services etc. ∙Maintain and manage company car fleet , including repair, maintenance, insurance claims, insurance renewals. 

∙Supervision of Housekeeping Staff & Maintenance of office equipment’s /premises. 

∙Taking care of Day to Day admin activates of the organization like stationery, pantry items, office equipment’s etc. 

∙Paying Monthly utility bills and other vendor payments (like cab, courier etc.) 

∙Verify and approve the invoices of vendors for payment processing. 

Customer Relationship Executive : 

We are looking for a results-driven fresher and (1+ years of experience) to be responsible for designing, running tests on software usability and should be able to visit the client base(delivery and support). The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

To be successful as a software tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Software Tester Responsibilities:

●Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.

●Executing tests on software usability.

●Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

●Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.

●Interacting with clients to understand product requirements(including visiting the client's base whenever required).

●Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Software Tester Requirements:

●A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field(Preferably male candidate).

●Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

●Understanding of open source projects like ERP, CRM, HRMS, Industry 4.0, etc

●Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.

●Working knowledge of programming.

●Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

●Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

• 3+ years of experience in the Development in JAVA technology.
• AWS or cloud Experience
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem-solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Requirements: 

• Experience in NodeJS, Typescript, ExpressJS AWS EC2. You have built backend REST API’s
• Expert in System Design and Software Architecture Processes, How different components interact with each other in scale
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience in Managing Development Teams, complete delivery lifecycle
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when. 
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
• Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred. 
• Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.
