Key Responsibilities Area

• Follow work schedule time and safe work practices.
• Follow grooming and uniform guidelines as per the 1441 Pizzeria Grooming Guide
• Effectively open and operate the assigned outlet within the policies and guidelines of the company,
• ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times and protecting stakeholders interests
• Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in the day to day running and supervisionof manpower and scheduling
• Own and manager peak period business as per standard operating procedures
• Ensure readiness and realistic projections / forecasting on the shift'
• Take complete responsibility for the entire shift operations relating to cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate corrective action
• Ensure upkeep of equipment, facility, and operating environment by following up on scheduled checks as per the Maintenance Contracts
• Deliver on food quality by ensuring food sanitation and cleanliness practices in a safe, healthy and hygienic environment
• Own the Customer experience and drive loyalty by adhering to food and service standards, encouraging customer feedback and resolving concerns within reasonable time limits. Use empowerment for Customer delight
• Provide regular feedback to the Central Kitchen team to escalate/highlight food concerns.
• Execute inventory and cost control process to control food wastage and preserve quality on the shift
• Train and certify the new and tenured team members regularly to deliver consistent performance on the shift
• Be supportive and dependable to the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in running effective and efficient restaurant operations

Skillset Required

 Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Weekly off will be on weekdays

only.

 Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact with guests politely, handle queries, and deliver a positive

dining experience.

 Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members, managers, and customers.

 Upselling & Sales Skills: Ability to recommend menu items and drive additional sales through suggestive

selling.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently during peak service hours.

 Hygiene & Safety Awareness: Understanding of cleanliness standards, food safety, and personal

grooming norms.

Qualification & Age Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass.

Graduation ,Diploma or certification in Hospitality/Hotel Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred.

Age Criteria:

22 to 30 years (flexible based on experience and role suitability).

Language Skills:

Good proficiency in English and Hindi

1. AWS Serverless, AWS CDK:

Proficiency in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other relevant AWS services.

Experience with AWS CDK for defining and deploying cloud infrastructure.

Knowledge of serverless design patterns and best practices.

Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.

Experience in CI/CD workflows with AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.

2. TypeScript, React/Angular:

Scrum Master(BA)

· Working with customers and product manager to prioritize and validate requirements.

· Coordinate with the work efforts of 8+ person team for various projects and help team complete tasks successfully and on-time and resolved obstacles encountered by team members.

· Should Coordinate and participate in weekly estimation meetings to provide high-level estimates (Story Points) for backlog items.

· Develop the crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications.

· Facilitate Daily Scrum Meetings and Monthly Reviews meetings. Conduct sprint retrospective and followed up on action items for continuous improvement.

· Prepare extensive cost - benefit analysis to support system and process changes

· Meticulously analyze complex data, staffing plans and variances to recommend solutions to improve revenue per call and customer satisfaction/retention

· Should be Responsible for two Agile Scrum teams

· Should be able to guide three development teams through transition from waterfall to Agile development.

· Coach the team members on Agile processes and facilitate  planning meetings and retrospectives. Maintained task board and produced daily burndown charts.

· Remove impediments and protect team members from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity.

· Work closely with Product Owners, coordinating product backlog grooming and story.

· Generate test plans work instructions and procedures from client requirements and industry standards.

· Interface with stake holders and facilitate communication between client and the IT department.

· Prepare use case documents and utilized JIRA to create UML diagrams including use case, activity and class diagrams to extract business process flows and workflows, thereby assisting development and quality assurance teams in understanding the requirements.

· Work on a team environment to finalize use cases to develop functional and detail design specifications of the application.

· Participate in JAD sessions for requirement, feasibility and risk analysis with various stakeholders, including designers, developers, QA and management to identify critical and high risk areas of the application.

· Collaborate with the QA team in reviewing and validating test plans and test cases, ensuring that the final application catered to the user requirements.

· Develop a user acceptance test plan and test case scenarios to guide a select group of key end-users in testing the user interface and functionality of the application.

· Examine and evaluate testing fixtures and procedures for appropriateness in the specific requirements.

· Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.

· Should be able to Communicate client’s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models.

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript.
• Experience with ReactJ, frontend frameworks like bootstrap, Jquery.
• Good knowledge in HTML5, CSS, CSS3 and Object Oriented concepts
• Experience in working with RESTful APIS.
