Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, payroll, and accounting principles, with the ability to independently handle books of accounts and coordinate with auditors.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, and other accounting entries.

Generate and manage sales invoices and purchase records.

Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP/Prime on a daily basis.

Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.

Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Prepare and issue Form 16 to employees.

Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), and ESIC.

Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management.

Coordinate with banks for account-related activities and documentation.

Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and manage vendor payments.

Assist auditors by providing necessary financial data and documentation for the finalization of accounts.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with accounting standards.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information and contribute positively to the team environment.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and payroll processing.

Experience in bookkeeping, ledger management, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Compliance Manager – Web3 & Digital Assets to lead technology compliance, IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity controls within a regulated FinTech and digital-asset environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT GRC, technology risk, cybersecurity governance, Web3/blockchain, digital assets, and regulatory compliance, with UAE regulatory experience being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT governance, compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and technology risk assessments.
• Support compliance with UAE virtual asset and financial-services regulations, including VARA, DFSA, FSRA, and UAE Central Bank requirements, where applicable.
• Assess technology risks across blockchain infrastructure, crypto wallets, custody, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, smart contracts, and dApps.
• Review controls related to crypto deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wallet operations, and transaction monitoring.
• Develop and monitor controls aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate IT audits, regulatory audits, compliance assessments, evidence collection, and remediation activities.
• Maintain technology risk registers, control assessments, compliance reports, and management dashboards.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, Risk, AML/KYC, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Embed compliance and technology-risk requirements into product development, system changes, and technology architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Compliance, IT GRC, Technology Risk, Cybersecurity Governance, or a related field.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain networks, crypto wallets, digital-asset transactions, custody, and smart-contract risks.
• Hands-on experience with IT governance, risk assessments, control testing, audits, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, ITGC, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with auditors, regulators, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

UAE / Web3 Experience – Preferred

• Experience with VARA, DFSA, FSRA, UAE Central Bank, or other UAE financial regulators.
• Experience supporting VASP licensing or regulatory approvals.

The Role

This is a founding full-stack role. You'll be building our application with the founding team from 0-1 You'll own features and infra end to end and across technologies. You'll also own how we build: ensuring our AI development workflow is fast, dependable and secure.

What You'll Do

• Build features end to end, across our desktop client, web app, and the backend services that tie them together.
• Go deep in our cross-platform Electron desktop client the native OS integration that powers on-device capture, and the on-device privacy and redaction that runs before data leaves the machine.
• Move fluidly across technologies and layers, picking up whatever a problem needs rather than staying in one corner of the stack.
• Own the infrastructure and deployment path CI/CD, releases, and the cloud services everything runs on so shipping stays routine and reliable.
• Own how we build: keep our AI development workflow fast, dependable, and secure and establish the conventions, tooling, and guardrails that let a small team build like a much larger one.
• Own observability and on-call basics logging, error tracking, and alerting so we catch issues before our customers do.
• Help set technical direction and keep the codebase legible as we scale the engineering team.

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years building software across the stack frontend, backend, and the glue between them (internships and meaningful side projects count).
• Comfort working across multiple languages and technologies, and a genuine willingness to learn whatever a problem requires.
• Solid fundamentals in shipping production software version control, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, owning infrastructure and devops: CI/CD, cloud services, and reliability.
