We are currently redesigning our demand generation and CRM practices to continue to scale without bottlenecks. In charge of leading growth in sales practices, this individual will be directly working with the founders to drive growth. They will not only be responsible for redesigning practices, but going forward head the demand generation, sales and growth marketing for GC.

It is an early stage role giving opportunity to build a strong team around you.


Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy :

  • Develop an overall marketing strategy that spans multi-channel content marketing (editorial & distribution), funnel optimization, brand marketing, performance marketing, SEO.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and dashboards for measuring progress
  • Build a team that can execute at a rapid pace - fulltime employees, interns, freelancers, agencies, and other third-parties.
  • Build the brand book together with the founders

Core Tasks and Execution :

  • Collaborate with social, design and writing teams to produce high quality content ranging from social media campaigns and digital ad campaigns to case studies, white-papers and lead magnets
  • Creating, adjusting, and managing the editorial +social calendar. Analysing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate customer needs.

What would be the career roadmap for the candidate? 

  • The candidate will be the first Growth hire and thus will get exposure to all aspects of the product & business.
  • Since this is a generalist growth role, the candidate's career progression will be decided by their interest, expertise, and the impact they have in the first 90 days.

Requirements:

  • We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years experience with driving growth at a B2B company - preferably SaaS or marketplace - and overall 4-7 years of experience in a digital marketing or growth marketing role.
  • The candidate should have experience with setting up inbound and outbound marketing. The ideal person would have deep experience in content marketing, funnel optimization, product marketing, and brand marketing.
  • Further, the candidate should have experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, retention marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
