Position: Social Media Marketer

Plobal Apps is a no code platform that helps online brands build mobile apps in minutes. We are one of the largest app builders in the Shopify ecosystem, powering apps for some of the world’s largest brands like Steve Madden , Forever 21, Bailey’s Blossoms & thousands more. Our team currently operates out of Toronto, Pune & Bangalore.
We’ve raised over $10 million in funding and are backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Elevation Capital & Better Capital.
What you will do:
- You will work closely with the CEO
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize social media performance and track key metrics.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor trends in social media and digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Write engaging blogs and articles to support content marketing initiatives and drive traffic to the company website.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA or post-graduate diploma in Marketing preferred.
- At least 1-5 years of social marketing experience, preferably for B2B SaaS companies
- Excellent at written communication
- Tech Savvy and excited to explore and work with new technology
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.

About the Role
Position: Sales Representative, SMB (Asia & Middle East)
Location: Pune (Remote)
Timings : Must be able to work in the eastern time zone to overlap with key stakeholders
What You Will Do:
- Identify and target SMB customers in Asia and the Middle East, with a focus on India.
- Conduct market research to understand SMB needs and buying behaviors.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, leveraging various channels.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Tailor solutions to address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights for sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in India.
- Strong understanding of the SMB market in Asia, specifically India.

They work as consultant business partners for our customers, driving high-growth for them;
while working closely to build and launch apps, drive installs, create and convert engaging
marketing campaigns, and draw insights from in-depth analytics. A large focus of the customer
success team is to scale the business and grow revenue for merchants via their mobile app built
on our platform.
What you will do:
● Create plans for the success of your customers while collaborating with
sales,engineering and product teams. You own,track and improve performance metrics
for customers along with revenue growth.
● You will be responsible for on-boarding and training new customers on the platform
● Act as a Strategic Consultant for your customers to develop a deep understanding of
their business goals and motivations
● Provide recommendations for campaigns, features, growth strategies and ensure a
seamless shopping experience for the merchant’s customers
● Coordinate with support & tech teams to resolve product issues
● Build a trustworthy relationship with customers to ensure retention & reduce churn. While
continuously working with them to derive value from the platform
● Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and assist customers with strategies to
improve business growth and track their month on month usage of the platform
● Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and product
requirements into new solutions for customers
● Strategically manage account escalations & provide timely resolutions
● Help drive customer references and case studies
● Optimize existing business processes and work on customer success initiatives
What we are looking for:
● 2 to 12 years of proven experience in an Account Management/Customer Success or
Consulting role in a B2B SaaS or a tech company
● Experience in the ecommerce ecosystem is a huge plus along with an understanding of
the customer lifecycle
● Should be open to working in the US time zone (5pm IST to 2am IST)
● Can take ownership of the customer relationship post sales and give strategic solutions
to grow the account
● Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships in different capacities
with a wide range of customers
● Experience or understanding of Digital Marketing/Growth to drive results
● Can work smoothly across engineering, sales, marketing and support teams in a fast
paced environment
