Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of customer service and technical support for products in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.

• Install software programs and troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, email, modem, and home networking issues.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate, effective solutions.

• Diagnose PC hardware, software, OS, internet/IP, cable modem, and cabling issues across Windows and Macintosh platforms.

• Maintain accurate problem-call tracking using the helpdesk ticketing system.

• Troubleshoot and escalate advanced technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

• Prepare and process work orders for maintenance requests, determine if field visits are required, and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures are completed.

• Follow up on all daily shipments to ensure on-time dispatch.

• Accept, verify, and process paperwork for incoming customer returns as per standard procedures.

• Receive incoming shipments and coordinate filing of receipts, freight bills, and invoices with the accounting department.

• Adhere to standard packaging procedures, including weight, dimensions, pallet requirements, and carrier regulations.

• Make recommendations for packaging improvements to meet carrier and compliance guidelines.

• Perform accurate data entry, maintain up-to-date system information, and ensure documentation integrity.

• Stay updated on new technologies, products, tools, and support methodologies.

• Review reasons for customer returns/complaints and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.

• Consistently achieve or exceed defined performance expectations (KPI/MPS).

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred.

• Training in handling customer calls is an advantage.

• Call center experience is desirable.

• Experience in product design, development, or product management is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification & Management:
• Identify and analyze relevant tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the cybersecurity domain from global and Indian markets.
• Manage the entire tender process, from tender registration, document preparation, submission, to follow-up.
• Maintain updated knowledge of procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, CPPP, and global e-tendering systems) and tender submission requirements.
• Proposal & Bid Writing:
• Draft and prepare well-structured, high-quality proposals that meet the requirements of both technical and commercial aspects of tenders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure all aspects of the tender response align with the client's specifications.
• Tailor cybersecurity solutions based on the unique requirements of each tender and showcase Certcube Labs' capabilities effectively.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure that all tender documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Gather necessary supporting documents, including certifications, project references, and technical compliance documents.
• Review contracts and NDAs to ensure all legal and compliance aspects are covered.
• Risk & Financial Analysis:
• Assess the financial, legal, and operational risks associated with tenders and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed pricing models and cost estimates for cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in cybersecurity.
• Provide insights on positioning Certcube Labs’ services to increase competitiveness in global and Indian tenders.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors, partners, and subcontractors to gather relevant inputs for tender responses.
• Post-Tender Activities:
• Manage follow-ups on tender submissions, respond to clarifications, and negotiate terms and conditions when required.
• Maintain a detailed database of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes for internal tracking and reporting.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tender/bid management, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and services (e.g., penetration testing, SOC services, vulnerability assessments, compliance frameworks).
• Familiarity with procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, CPPP) and experience in both Indian and global tender submission processes.
• Excellent proposal and bid writing skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
• Experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and pricing strategies for large-scale contracts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Sureify drives customer engagement between the customer and their insurance company by incorporating web & mobile apps, into the insurance product experience. Our product is controlled by our backend dashboard so insurers can get the latest IoT data streaming in. The SaaS platform is designed to ensure that insurers never miss opportunities to increase engagement with their existing customer base.

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. On the backend, you will have the opportunity to help our product scale and be involved in the further architecture of the Sureify platform.
