Roles & Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership and delivery of front-end applications.
• Ensure optimized performance across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, HTML coders, and backend developers to bring designs to life.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work seamlessly with backend teams.
• Communicate and integrate with third-party web services.
• Build and manage infrastructure for serving frontend apps and assets.
• Maintain frontend application deployment and ensure build pipeline automation.
• Use JSDoc or similar tools for inline documentation of code.
• Write extensive unit tests following Test-Driven Development (TDD) best practices.
• Design and automate the frontend build process using tools like Webpack/Gulp/Grunt.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing production-level web applications.
• Strong command over React.js or Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep understanding of DOM APIs, native JavaScript, and popular libraries.
• Proficiency in CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and modular CSS (CSS Modules).
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
• Experience creating modular, self-contained, and reusable components.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimizations.
• Clean, organized, and maintainable code practices.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Node.js and backend concepts like APIs, databases, caching layers, and proxies.
• Comfort in implementing pixel-perfect designs, animations, and smooth transitions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

 Manage the overall running of the sales team

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and Solidify its presence

Responsibilities:

1.  Define the product strategy, roadmap, and own end-to-end product lifecycle.
2.  Be an good learner with respect to the competition
3. Understand the business problem/void and craft a fitting product.
4. Design, Develop and Deploy the product in close coordination with functional teams, with limited oversight.
5. Dissect the requirements into user stories, Prioritize the backlog based on business value, and define acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in software delivery, with a focus on product delivery and roadmap planning including experience in Agile Development methodologies.
• Knowledge and focus on superb user experience [UX], aesthetics, and visual communication (Figma).
• Experience bringing a product from idea through to customer use and maintenance.
• Minimum of 0 - 1  years experience as a Product Manager working for a tech product, preferably on a mobile app
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to organize, grow, and oversee the daily operations in Hyderabad, India.

Candidate will assist in technical vision and leadership for developing and implementing Smart Rain's technology initiatives, with an emphasis on integration of cutting-edge technology-based practices and services into our current offerings.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes, business practices including government and compliance requirements in India. The overall goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations in Hyderabad, India and to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

Executive Director Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization’s operations and programs.
• Thorough knowledge of government and compliance requirements in India. 
• Prepares accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends.
• Communicates and report company results to the parent company and shareholders.
• Provides leadership to and manages the efforts of site staff to ensure appropriate support of all departments.
• Coordinates and leads annual budget reviews, monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates with operational and senior management.
