IT Sales Executive

Strong Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing / E-commerce Marketing Profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for consumer-facing brands (D2C / E-commerce)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience in end-to-end Amazon Ads campaign management, including campaign setup, optimization, bid strategy, and scaling performance

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong understanding of key Amazon advertising metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate, with a demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for revenue growth and cost efficiency

Mandatory (Core Skills): Hands-on expertise in keyword research, search term analysis, competitor tracking, and campaign expansion strategies within Amazon ecosystem

Mandatory (Experience 5 Working knowledge of Amazon listing optimization, including A+ Content, product detail pages, and alignment between ads and organic strategy

Mandatory (Domain): Must have experience working with E-commerce / D2C / Consumer brands (preferably in Health & Wellness, FMCG, or similar high-competition categories)

Designation:  Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Pondicherry

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare annual Influencer & PR marketing calendar with a plan & budget.

·         Interact and build relationships with influencers, stylists, production houses & media. Maintain database.

·         Plan collaborations / meets. Scout influencers across categories, negotiate and execute collaborations & post promotions

·         Create and nurture small community / circle of Hidesigners to share

·         Work on PR outreaches and coordinate press coverage, reports, etc.

·         Coordinate with multiple deparments to implement influencer marketing campaigns.

·         This role extends to the Hidesign Group - Hidesign hotels, Casablanca and Le Pondichéry

Eligibility

• Highly experienced in designing, building, and shipping scalable and production-quality machine learning algorithms in the field of Python applications
• Working knowledge and experience in NLP core components (NER, Entity Disambiguation, etc.)
• In-depth expertise in Data Munging and Storage (Experienced in SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Graph Databases)
• Expertise in writing scalable APIs for machine learning models
• Experience with maintaining code logs, task schedulers, and security
• Working knowledge of machine learning techniques, feed-forward, recurrent and convolutional neural networks, entropy models, supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience with at least one of the following: Keras, Tensorflow, Caffe, or PyTorch

• Proven at least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Front-end developer
• Hands-on experience with markup languages
• Experience with JavaScript,Next.Js and Tailwind is a must
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Engineering Graduates preferred

 Responsibilities

• Experience with Azure services (Virtual machines, Containers, Databases, Security/Firewall, Function Apps etc)
• Hands-on experience on Kubernetes/Docker/helm.
• Deployment of java Builds & administration/configuration of Nginx/Reverse Proxy, Load balancer, Ms-SQL, Github, Disaster Recovery,
• Linux – Must have basic knowledge- User creation/deletion, ACL, LVM etc.
• CI/CD - Azure DevOps or any other automation tool like Terraform, Jenkins etc.
• Experience with SharePoint and O365 administration
• Azure/Kubernetes certification will be preferred.
• Microsoft Partnership experience is good to have. 
• Excellent understanding of required technologies
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly at all levels

• Between 4-9 years of experience working closely with the relevant technologies, and developing world-class software and solutions
• Domain and industry experience by serving customers in one or more of these industries - Financial Services, Professional Services, other Retail Consumer Services
• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Software Engineering and Computer Science
