Role Overview:
The Sales Manager – Trailer Division will be responsible for expanding the sales footprint of trailer products by acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and strengthening market presence across assigned regions. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves developing new business opportunities for various trailer categories including flatbed, side wall, high bed, low bed, containerized, and customized trailers. The Sales Manager will build and nurture relationships with fleet operators, transporters, logistics service providers, OEMs, and institutional clients. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the business plan will be a core responsibility.
The incumbent will be required to understand customer requirements and prepare suitable technical and commercial proposals, manage pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and close orders in compliance with internal pricing and approval guidelines. Regular market analysis and competitor tracking will be conducted to identify potential growth areas and improve market positioning.
The role also includes close coordination with internal departments such as design, production, procurement, dispatch, and accounts to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
