Job Title: Marketing Executive – International Outbound Calling (IT Services)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Indore

Shift: Night Shift (US & Canada Timings)

Summary / Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to handle outbound calls to US and Canadian customers for promoting our IT services, including website development and digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, international calling experience, and a passion for lead generation and client engagement.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US and Canada to promote IT services and website development solutions.

• Identify client requirements and present suitable web and IT solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international prospects and clients.

• Follow up on leads via calls and emails to convert opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversions.

• Provide regular reports on calling activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, international sales, marketing, or lead generation.

• Experience in IT services / website development sales will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Confident and professional communication with US & Canadian customers.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills



• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this) Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.

About the Role:

•  As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the product's quality roadmap. This position offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to take on comprehensive responsibilities across the engineering stack at Poshn.

•  You will be involved in lean experimentation to develop digital experiments that accelerate evidence-based decision- making, influencing product, business, and commercial strategies.

•  Collaborate with UX and Data Engineering teams to ensure our products and services meet critical customer needs, thereby delivering outstanding customer and business value.

•  Initiative in system improvements at both the design and implementation levels is expected as Poshn expands.

Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to grasp business objectives and convert them into quantifiable testing goals.

•  Develop and manage testing environments tailored to validate application functionalities according to the established requirements.

•  Lead comprehensive QA projects from start to finish, ensuring robust execution and adherence to project goals.

•  Craft, maintain, and execute a suite of test cases for both manual and automated testing to ensure product scalability and efficiency.

•  Perform thorough testing processes, streamline onboarding procedures for new platforms, and conduct detailed analysis to identify the root causes of issues and recommend viable solutions.

•  Assume full responsibility for the quality assurance aspects of the product, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of tasks.

•  Guide and mentor junior members of the QA team, setting high standards for quality and adherence to best practices in software testing.

Career Experience We'd Love to See:

•  You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in testing web and mobile applications.

•  Demonstrated ability to oversee significant QA initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and compliance throughout.

•  Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Technical Experience We’d Love to See:

•  Expertise in at-least one of the test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium , Rest Assured

•  Proficient in scripting languages used in test automation such as Puppeteer, Python.

•  Experience in both manual and automated testing, with strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

•  Knowledge of CI/CD practices using bitbucket pipelines, performance and memory tuning, and security testing

Bonus Points/Nice to Have:

•  Experience in the e-commerce & supply chain industries is highly advantageous.

Mandatory Skills - 4 years in Nodejs, JavaScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Data Structures, Algorithms

Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating video lectures for class 6th to 8th (Maths & Science) explaining the concept of assigned topics in your respective regional language (Tamil or Kannada)
2. Show the face is mandatory while making the video lectures
3. You must be good at making interactive PPT and have experience of 2-3 years in the teaching domain
4. Complete the daily target & reporting to the project manager
