
Business Development Executive
We are looking for a 'passionate sales enthusiast’ and a skillful business development executive (BDE) to
contribute to achieving our marketing and sales goals. The BDE will primarily work as the front face of Emipro
to the prospect who will be a spokesperson or decision-maker for small and medium enterprises. You will
have to understand their requirements, coordinate and discuss with your superior and direct the process
further in alignment with Emipro’s business vision and ensure your interactions with our customers reflect
positively on the company and its growth.

Your Job Responsibilities
❖ Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services & solutions, the target market
and competition.
❖ Building and maintaining relationships with prospects to understand their business needs,
requirements, and pain points related to ERP implementation. Providing excellent customer
service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Educate and
guide prospects on how Emipro’s services & solutions can help to streamline their
day-to-day business operations.
❖ Managing and updating Emipro’s internal CRM system with accurate and up-to-date
information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions to effectively track and manage
the sales pipeline and provide timely reports to the upper management.
❖ Preparing detailed proposals and quotes for potential prospects, including pricing, scope of
work, timelines, and terms and conditions. Collaborating with internal teams, such as the sr.
business development manager (BDM) or technical team, to ensure accurate and
competitive proposals are presented to prospects.
❖ Conducting sales presentations and Emipro’s custom ERP solution demonstrations to
potential prospects to showcase the benefits and features of the Odoo ERP solutions.
Customizing presentations to address specific customer needs and requirements.
❖ Negotiating with customers on pricing, contract terms, and other commercial aspects of the
Odoo ERP implementation projects to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
❖ Strategically upsell/cross-sell Emipro’s services & solutions to the prospects.
❖ Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas set by Emipro, consistently striving
to achieve and surpass sales goals and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
❖ Staying up-to-date with industry trends, ERP technologies, and sales techniques through
continuous learning and professional development to enhance your own sales skills and knowledge.
