Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong React and Python expertise to design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across both frontend and backend components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build full-stack features owning both frontend and backend components

• Develop frontend modules using React, vite, bun, chakra-ui, react-query, and react-table

• Implement backend logic, APIs, and data models using Python, fastapi, pydantic, and sqlmodel

• Design clean API contracts between frontend and backend components focusing on performance and clarity

• Build robust data flows across multi-architecture compute workflows including job management, orchestration views, and resource interactions

• Collaborate with SRE, runtime, and platform teams to ensure backend services integrate smoothly

• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack from UI inconsistencies to backend failures

• Participate in architectural and design discussions for both client and server components

• Ensure production readiness, reliability, and scalability of features

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on development experience with React and Python •Experience with fastapi, pydantic, sqlmodel, and modern async backend development

• Deep understanding of vite, bun, and frontend build/performance optimization

• Ability to manage frontend async workflows using react-query

• Experience working with complex data tables using react-table • Strong API design skills

• Experience building modular services and UI-driven systems with high data throughput

• Ability to operate independently in a high-speed environment • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience working with cloud APIs, compute runtimes, schedulers, or developer tooling

• Knowledge of SRE concepts including Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability

• Familiarity with licensing workflows or enterprise cloud marketplaces

Role Overview

The Senior UX Designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences across a comprehensive

product ecosystem that includes Video Management Software (VMS), Video Analytics, AI

modules, Cloud solutions, and a Unified Platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with

Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to translate complex surveillance and

enterprise workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for

end-to-end design execution—from research and conceptualization to prototyping, delivery,

and iteration. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for a designer who thrives in

complex enterprise environments and wants to influence product experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Delivery

● Deliver end-to-end UX/UI designs, ensuring usability, clarity, and workflow efficiency.

● Translate intricate enterprise workflows (monitoring, alerts, dashboards, incident review,

configuration) into simple, intuitive interfaces.

● Create wireframes, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

designs.

● Contribute to the evolution of the design system and maintain consistency across

platforms (desktop, web, mobile, edge devices).

Product Experience & Delivery

● Work with Product Managers to understand user needs, requirements, and business

goals.

● Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, refine interactions, and

support implementation.

● Participate in sprint planning, backlog discussions, and design reviews.

● Work with QA teams to validate user flows, UI behaviour, and overall experience quality.

● Support rapid iteration cycles using prototypes and continuous feedback.

Research & Customer Focus

● Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow studies with operators, administrators,

and field users across smart cities, airports, logistics, and enterprise environments.

● Analyse user insights and translate them into actionable design improvements.

● Participate in usability testing and refine designs based on user behaviour and feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure cohesive,

user-centric experiences.

● Collaborate with Visual Design and Marketing teams to maintain brand alignment across

interfaces.

Key Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise software or B2B SaaS

environments.

● A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI

work for complex workflows.

● Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

● Experience across the full design lifecycle: research → conceptual design → prototyping

→ delivery → iteration.

● Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals, with the ability to articulate design

decisions clearly.

● Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with Product and

Engineering stakeholders.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and a user-centred design mindset.

Position Overview: Front-End Developer (Next.js)

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Next.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies and best practices in performance, SEO, and rendering techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Implement CSR, SSR, and SSG using Next.js best practices
• Build reusable, modular UI components following clean front-end architecture
• Integrate and manage REST APIs for data retrieval, caching, and error handling (React Query or similar)
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Collaborate with backend engineers and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality user interfaces
• Debug, test, and document code to ensure maintainability and scalability

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Next.js fundamentals (routing, rendering techniques, API routes)
• Proficiency with React Hooks and understanding of component lifecycle
• Solid experience integrating REST APIs and handling errors effectively
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as React Query, Redux, or Zustand
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
