Position Overview

We are looking for Senior .NET and Angular Developers to join a US-based product company on a long-term engagement. The ideal candidates are experienced professionals who can work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework / .NET 5 and Angular
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams based in the US
• Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Support and enhance legacy applications built on older .NET versions
• Follow best practices in coding, security, and application architecture

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• .NET Framework 4.x, 5. (Mandatory)

Proficiency in:

• C#, ASP.NET, Web API
• SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS
• For Angular + .NET roles:
• Strong experience with Angular (latest or recent versions)

Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall software development experience

Position Overview:

The AI Tech Lead will architect and guide the implementation of real-time AI systems across voice automation, LLM pipelines, and knowledge-enhanced applications. The role requires strong architectural judgment, hands-on expertise in AI/LLM systems, and the ability to define high-performance, scalable best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and guide implementation of real-time AI systems across voice automation, LLM pipelines, and knowledge-enhanced applications

• Design and develop distributed, provider-agnostic AI architectures with performance guarantees including low latency, resilient failover, distributed scaling, and cost-efficiency

• Define architectural best practices for GenAI systems including prompt design, context shaping, fallback logic, caching, and real-time agent orchestration

• Lead AI model governance including evaluation and selection frameworks for multiple LLM providers, routing logic, benchmarking, and cost management

• Establish and monitor KPIs for LLM quality, latency, reliability, grounding accuracy, and system stability

• Ensure data security practices for handling of voice and transcript data, applying PII-safe methods, and supporting multi-tenant data isolation

• Own knowledge integration and RAG architecture including vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking policies, and hybrid grounding methods

• Continuously evaluate new model capabilities and AI technology trends

Required Skills:

• Architectural judgment and hands-on expertise in AI and LLM systems • Experience designing scalable and low-latency AI architectures

• Knowledge of multi-provider LLM integration and orchestration

• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and load balancing

Role Overview

The Senior UX Designer will play a key role in shaping user experiences across a comprehensive

product ecosystem that includes Video Management Software (VMS), Video Analytics, AI

modules, Cloud solutions, and a Unified Platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with

Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to translate complex surveillance and

enterprise workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for

end-to-end design execution—from research and conceptualization to prototyping, delivery,

and iteration. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for a designer who thrives in

complex enterprise environments and wants to influence product experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Delivery

● Deliver end-to-end UX/UI designs, ensuring usability, clarity, and workflow efficiency.

● Translate intricate enterprise workflows (monitoring, alerts, dashboards, incident review,

configuration) into simple, intuitive interfaces.

● Create wireframes, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI

Key Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise software or B2B SaaS

environments.

● Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

● Experience across the full design lifecycle: research → conceptual design → prototyping

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Implement CSR, SSR, and SSG using Next.js best practices
