Role & Responsibilities

We're seeking an exceptional design leader to manage and guide a team of talented multidisciplinary designers in one of the fastest growing tech startups of the nation to drive it towards becoming the best design team in the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the team and the work-

Own a team of multi-disciplinary designers consisting of product designers, visual designers, visual communication designers and researchers.

Along with the design leads, manage various design projects and their priorities.

Help the team in resolving blockers. Ensure the output meets business goals,

deadlines and the quality bar.

Shape up product direction and drive design-led projects-

Take part in ideation, planning and prioritization of our diverse range of products & features keeping the short and long-term goals of the organization in mind.

Find out new directions that we can take in our quest to make payments and finance easy and accessible to all.

Strategise, prioritize and drive design-led projects. Also, help to extend the existing design systems and build new ones.

Mentor, Guide and Lead the Team-

You will be responsible for the growth of the team. Help them grow their soft and hard skills. Help them define their career paths, identify opportunities and level up to do the best work of their lives.

Raise the Bar-

● You will set the bar high. You know what quality looks like and how to help product teams ship at that quality with minimal impact on velocity.

Drive and improve the design process-

Iterate upon and improve the design processes to introduce the best practices within the team. Bring in users to the center of the process and encourage design decisions to be backed by user-behavior and data.

Create frameworks and guidelines for the team to deliver better and faster.

Conduct design reviews and status meetings. Facilitate design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions.

Prioritize research and design improvement opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Share engineering principles to guide

Required 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Supply, Vendor Management, or Regional Operations roles.

Proven experience owning regional / route-level P&L, including revenue, cost, and margin decisions

Strong experience in vendor sourcing and negotiations, preferably with transport, logistics, fleet, or bus operators

Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and onboard supply partners

Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience handling contracts, pricing, and risk mitigation

Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to act as a single point of contact between internal teams and external partners

Ability to work closely with Operations, Demand, and Customer Support teams to drive execution and service quality

Strong decision-making capability with experience taking day / week / month-level P&L decisions

Proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking (mandatory)

Language proficiency mandatory: Marathi, Hindi, and English

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Mumbai and intercity as per business needs

High ownership mindset with a quality-first, execution-driven approach

What you'll do:

·         Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Angular, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more

·         Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

·         Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

·         Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework

·         Become a subject matter expert for our mobile applications

·         Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

·         Mentor junior developers on the team

Basic Qualifications: 

·         Minimum B.S. / M.S. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University

·         At least 6 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering web applications with Angular, Node, Typescript, IONIC and JavaScript

·         At least 2 years of experience building iOS-based applications utilizing hybrid technologies

·         At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or Openshift

·         Experience integrating with native device API’s (iOS)

·         Experience with front-end and/or mobile-specific testing frameworks

·         Strong experience in object-oriented design and development

·         Knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs

·         Excellent sense of web design, passionate about creating and refining great mobile user experiences.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet established timelines   

·         Strong collaboration skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Proficient with Apache Cordova framework

·         Built or maintained custom Cordova plugin

Role Overview:

The AI Research Intern will focus on natural language processing (NLP) and working with large language models (LLMs). They will assist in refining and testing the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for CopilotGTM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and refining NLP models to answer customer queries.
• Research and implement improvements to minimize hallucinations in the LLM.
• Test RAG model configurations and provide feedback to improve accuracy.
• Work with the engineering team to improve real-time product recommendations and responses.
• Analyze datasets and fine-tune models for specific use cases (e.g., sales, compliance).

Skills Required:
