We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. Digital Marketing Executive
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

Required Skills & Qualification:
B.tech / MBA (Full time)
• 6+ years of overall working experience with 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign
execution experience in social platforms and social account management at a brand or agency
• Advanced excel skills with efficiency in using v-lookups, pivots, charts, data interpretation and
handling high volumes of data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Industry specific knowledge across different verticals or lines of business
• Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to think independently and learn as a member of a team
• Intrinsically motivated to tackle unique client use cases, passion to solve business challenges and

Job Responsibilities -
- Creating engaging content and implementing strategic syndication across all our key social channels (SoMe and newsletter)
- Daily interaction with our Spice Village community on social media platforms in both English and German(using Google Translate)
- Monitoring of performance indicators such as impressions, clicks, views etc and creating reports for these KPIs
