Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
Social Media Management
- Manage and optimize company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

Content Creation & Marketing

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and search trends.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers.
- Manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain engagement with prospects and customers.
Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Generate MIS reports and present actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven analysis.
Video Marketing & Creative Development
- Edit and produce high-quality videos and digital creatives for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative visual content that enhances brand engagement.
Exhibition & Event Marketing
- Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Manage stall planning, branding materials, promotional activities, and lead management during events.
- Support post-event marketing activities and follow-up campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and revenue targets.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations to support the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Mechanical Engineering background will be an added advantage.
