​Key Responsibilities

• ​Visual Storytelling: Create visually compelling motion graphics for digital performance campaigns, social media, and brand assets.

• ​Concept & Storyboarding: Develop original visual concepts, storyboards, and animations aligned with brand tone.

• ​Dynamic Animation: Animate typography, icons, kinetic text, and complex illustrations with precise attention to detail.

• ​Post-Production: Execute video editing, basic VFX, 3D elements, and post-processing.

• ​Collaboration: Work alongside creative directors, copywriters, and strategy teams to deliver high-converting outputs.

​Requirements & Skills

• ​Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven motion graphics design experience.

• ​Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing creative flair, animation mastery, and visual originality.

• ​Software Mastery: Highly proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design tools.

• ​Communication: Ability to clearly present creative ideas and collaborate efficiently under project timelines.

• ​Industry Focus: Knowledge of current digital design trends, aspect ratios, and social media formats.

Job Responsibilities:  Research poten al vendors.  Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.  Nego ate contract terms of agreement and pricing.  Track orders and ensure mely delivery.  Review quality of purchased products.  Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quan es, prices) into internal databases.  Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery informa on and invoices.  Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.  Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.  Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.  A end trade shows and exhibi ons to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across YouTube, Amazon, Programmatic, Affiliate Networks, etc.

• Manage complete campaign lifecycle: planning, A/B testing, execution & optimization

• Conduct keyword research and refine targeting for improved ROI

• Collaborate with creative, tech & content teams to align campaigns with business goals

• Monitor performance metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and implement data-backed strategies for continuous growth

🛠 Technical Skills Required:
