Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Driving Organization Culture:

● Play an active and supportive role in driving the vision for the company in coordination with

the Copy and SM and communicating the same to the employees within the Team

2. Business Strategy, Direction & Positioning:

● Involvement in existing brand strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OutSystems development, a strong understanding of software architecture, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
