Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Red Bangle in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, branding, campaigns, and videos for various communication needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 3-5 years of Agency or Design studio experience
• Typography expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual composition
• Experience in creating visually appealing and cohesive brand identities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Illustration skills or Gen AI capability is an added Plus

Role: Copy & Content Writer

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Chandivali, Mumbai (Onsite)

Requirements:

● 2 years of copywriting experience.

● Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with impeccable grammar

● A good understanding of marketing concepts and being able to modify your copy to achieve set campaign goals.

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualifications

• Motion Design and Graphics skills
• Experience in Motion Graphics and Graphic Design
• Experience in Social Media and Advertising
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or a related field.

Role: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 4-7 years

Location: Chandivali, Mumbai (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate across different teams to understand project requirements

and user needs.

2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to make

informed design decisions.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and

mobile applications.

4. Design intuitive user interfaces that optimise user interaction and

experience.

5. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency

across platforms.

6. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and

industry best practices.

7. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to

continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

8. Communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale effectively to the

team members directly involved in the project as well as the clients.

Requirements:

1. 4-7 years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best

practices.

4. Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and user

interface prototyping.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively

in a team environment.

7. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines in a

fast-paced environment.
