Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for technology and non-technology roles, from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Screening: Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking) to find suitable candidates and screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and team leads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined recruitment process.

Required Skills:

• Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in the technology domain.
• Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), professional networking platforms, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR recruitment tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and candidates effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Digital Sales Director (India)

Job Description:

CRMIT is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and digitally savvy Digital Sales Director to lead our high-performing Digital Insights team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through digital channels, optimizing sales processes, and scaling CRMIT’s inside sales operations. You’ll be responsible for building and executing a modern sales strategy that leverages CRM, automation, analytics, and customer insights to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a scalable inside sales and digital sales strategy aligned with CRMIT goals of transforming itself to a Decision Science Company.
• Should have successfully built the pipeline or lead a team who had built a pipeline to sell cloud based solutions and services for one or more industries in USA, Australia or Europe.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success teams, Client Partners and solution/industry consultants to align team’s activities with that of go-to-market strategy.
• Own pipeline generation for field client partner’s net new customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in selling Salesforce products and solutions. accustomed to carrying and achieving an annual revenue quota.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with experience selling in one or more industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services.
• Established relationships with Salesforce industry leads in mid-market / global accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with Salesforce.com sales and delivery teams. 
• Sales automation platforms and dashboards analyze KPIs metrics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and drive improvements.
• Lead omnichannel / digital channels outreach via email, LinkedIn, webinars, and virtual events to engage tech decision-makers.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and data analytics to enhance customer targeting and personalization.

• Champion a data-first culture, using insights to refine targeting and messaging
• Stay ahead of tech trends and buyer behavior to anticipate market shifts and adjust GTM strategy. Cultivate relationships with key accounts, partners, and influencers in the tech ecosystem.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through data insights and customer feedback.
• Ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams for onboarding, adoption, and expansion.

● Events Management: You’ll design exclusive and thoughtful events and community engagement initiatives. Skills Required

• 5+ years of strong programming experience on .NET platform
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Web API / Typescript / Angular (or any front-end framework or passion to learn Angular)
• Hands on experience with SQL
• Azure experience is a plus but not a deal breaker
• Knowledge and experience with Html, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience designing high-level and low-level design of the system
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus

About the Tech

Technology and our people is what makes Tide possible. We work in autonomous teams where backend, iOS, Android, web, QA, DevOps, agile coaches, data experts and product owners solve difficult problems together to get the job done. On the backend we see Java 8 as legacy and use Java 11+ for our micro-services. We provide RESTful APIs to our colleagues in the frontend, but also use gRPC for internal service-to-service communications. Spring Boot is our work horse, but we are open to new experiments. We are cloud-native and run everything on AWS. You’ll see containers (Docker), queues (SNS+SQS) and events everywhere. The nature of our business naturally fits with relational databases, but we have also found some use cases for NoSQL.

Our frontends have done an incredible job at consuming our APIs and providing the best UX to our members. They are fully native Android and iOS apps or Angular 2+ web apps. DevOps provides vital infrastructure and operations support.

The non-negotiables:

• Good commercial experience building server-side applications and detailed knowledge of the relevant programming languages for your stack (i.e Java 8 or newer).
• Sound knowledge of a Java backend framework (e.g. Spring/Spring Boot).
• Exposure to microservices and implementing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• A mindset of delivering secure, well-tested and well-documented software.
• Experience with relational databases.

The highly desirables:

• Exposure to continuous integration, delivery and deployment.
• Some experience integrating to third parties.
• Comfortable working in agile methodologies, ideally Scrum.
