We expect you to play a critical role in supporting the go-to market strategy for our products. You will be responsible for all marketing activities, more specifically identifying, developing and acquiring new leads and creating brand awareness. In addition to having a successful presence on relevant digital media, you will also demonstrate a proactive approach to creating the right opportunities to grow our business. Responsibilities of the role
- Paid Search & Performance: Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) to drive B2B lead generation.
- Multi-Channel Acquisition: Beyond Google, manage paid media and growth hacking through LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify technical hacks and integrations to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates on landing pages.
- Data-Driven Execution: Gather and derive actionable insights from Google Analytics and Zoho to refine targeting and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Hands-on expertise in paid/organic traffic sources including SEO/SEM/LinkedIn/ Email/Other paid media
- Must have expertise in using various digital platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Ad networks, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Zoho campaigns, etc.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS domain.
- Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise in Google Adwords (Google Ads), Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.
