About the Role

We're looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to produce high-quality video content and animations for our global clients across India and the US. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from financial content to digital signage advertisements.

What You'll Do

• Create motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content for advertisements, explainer videos, and digital signage campaigns
• Design and edit video content aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with sales teams across India and the US to deliver projects on time
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay current with motion design trends and integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow
• Contribute ideas and find ways to improve processes and content quality

What You'll Need

Required:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing work
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Nice to Have:

Roles and Responsibilities

As an Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for:

● Leading the firmware development for our product line of safety and medical devices.

● Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining embedded firmware.

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architectures based on product requirements and industry standards.

● Implementing firmware solutions that comply with ATEX certification, IEC 61508, and Functional Safety (SIL standards) for devices used in hazardous locations.

● Conducting thorough testing and validation of firmware to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

● Optimizing firmware for power efficiency and performance to meet the life of portable and battery-powered devices.

● Implement firmware algorithms for sensor calibration, data processing, and user interface interactions.

● Assisting in hardware-software integration, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality of the devices.

● Collaborating with Quality Assurance and Product Validation teams to ensure the highest quality of firmware deliverables.

● Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

● Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in embedded systems for continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

● 3+ years of experience in embedded firmware development for portable and wireless gas detectors and docking stations.

● Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages for embedded systems.

● Hands-on experience with a complete product development cycle is an add-on.

● Experience with STM32/STM8/ MSP430 or any other low-power microcontrollers for the development of low-powered devices.

● Experience in reading and optimizing analog data in various types of ADCs.

● Understanding of ATEX certification requirements and compliance.

● Understanding and practical experience with Functional Safety standards (SIL2/3 standards) in the development of safety-critical systems is an add-on.

● Experience with coding standards. (eg: Misra-C) Familiarity with System architectures and communication protocols like I2C, UART, SPI, etc. Knowledge of sleep modes and low-power optimization techniques for battery-operated devices.

● Experience in developing and using custom segment LCDs (TN, STN, etc.) used in battery-powered ultra-low power devices.

● Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and bug-tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

FullStack Developer

We are currently building the Technology platform for the Global Air Cargo industry ($300B market).

Business Intelligence Consultant – Qlik

Role

·      Working through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with defined requirements

·      Strategizing and ideating the solution design (create prototypes and/or wireframes) before beginning to create the application or solution.

·      Creating load scripts and QVDs to support dashboards.

·      Creating data models in Qlik Sense to support dashboards.

·      Leading data discovery, assessment, analysis, modeling and mapping efforts for Qlik dashboards.

·      Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Qlik

·      Connecting to data sources ( MS SQL SERVER, ORACLE, SAP), importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.

·      Translating data into informative visuals and reports.

·      Developing, publishing and scheduling reports as per the business requirements.

·      Implementing application security layer models in Qlik

 Skills Required

·      Knowledge of data visualization and data analytics principles and skills –including good user experience/UI Design

 Qualifications 

1.      Degree in Computer Science Engineering disciplines or MCA

• Write effective APIs
• Ensure all code is thoroughly covered by automated tests and that all features meet quality checks before deployment.

• Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Mobile, DevOps, UX, Data Science, Data Engineering, QA, etc.) to define and execute the feature roadmap.
• Research new technologies and tools and share your learning with the rest of the team.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including new hires.

What makes you a great fit for our team:

• 5-8 years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of full-stack experience. 
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Experience in NodeJS for at least two years and exposure to Python, Go, etc will be a huge plus and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, ReactJs(preferred), VueJs)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and UI/UX design
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server-side development.
• Data modeling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in building microservices-based architectures
• Knowledge of or experience with at least one or more of PaaS environments - AWS, Google App Engine, Windows Azure Cloud Services or similar
• Ability to deliver in a global team environment with members working remotely in various time zones and locations
• You are a problem solver with exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Good knowledge of data structures(list, graphs, maps) and their advantages or disadvantages.
