Job Title : Client Support Executive .
A Client Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with the company’s services. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, maintaining ongoing communication, and supporting overall client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers.
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Problem-Solving:
- Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions.
- Process returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company guidelines.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Update customer accounts and ensure data accuracy.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide information about services and actionable along with deadlines.
- Help Client know the progress on the jobs assigned.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather and document customer feedback for product or service improvements.
- Share insights with management for process enhancement.
- Sales Support (Optional):
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services, if applicable.
- Assist with placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Client onboarding process
- Payment follow up with the clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: :Graduation mandatory.

Experience:

- Initiate and maintain records within the maintenance electronic tracking system and write SOP’s as required.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures for performing maintenance activities are in place and comply with all State and Federal requirements.
