They now have 10 brands that are active and these are available across its own D2C channel, ecomm platforms and general and modern trade channels.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead Brand Marketing, Strategy, Content and Communication for existing and new brands
- Creating Brand positioning and differentiation strategies, generating brand anticipation and planning Brand launch keeping in mind the key insights gained from customer and competitor analysis
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, category, product planning and go-to-market execution plans
- Accountable to lead marketing campaigns, content, understanding the brand well, and integrating the brand communication across all channels
- Own and drive social media presence for the brand
- Develop & conduct marketing campaigns to increase traffic & conversion
- Create & deliver ambitious growth plans for the brand's D2C platforms and take onus of D2C business delivery.
- Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
- Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives.
- Responsible for customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue.
- Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with focus on key channels such as Email, SMS & Push Notifications.
- Work closely on increase conversions, cross-sell, and drive platform specific influencer activities, and focus on upselling to increase the customer engagement via multiple digital channels.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 7-10 years business and / or marketing experience in relevant start-up/ e-commerce/ D2C/FMCG organizations handling a large brand or 2/3 independent brands.
- Experience working for multiple brands at a time
- Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness
- Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- Experience in managing digital first brands both from width & depth point of view
- Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment
- Experience in creating end to end online customer journey

About role
As a Brand Manager, you will help in promoting the brand. You will be responsible for driving brand equity on various social media channels.
Job Description:
● Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns on various social media platforms
● Define and manage brand communication strategy across platforms

Requirements
Minimum Qualification & Experience
• MBA from ISB/institute of repute
• 15 to 20 years of experience in Human Resource, preferable from education sector (Female candidates preferred)

Desired Candidate profile:
- 5+ years of Embedded/Linux SW Development relevant Experience in Embedded C++.
- Expert knowledge in writing software for embedded Systems (Embedded C++ language).
- Experience on OTA would be an added advantage
- Work experience in software development on bare metal, RTOS or Internal Linux.
- Work experience in developing firmware for 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers (ARM, RISC etc)
