We are looking for a *results-driven SEO & Ads Specialist* to join our team at Bikefixup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website’s search rankings, driving organic traffic, and managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to generate leads and maximize ROI.

 🔑 *Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct *keyword research* and competitor analysis for SEO & Ads targeting.

* Implement *on-page, off-page, and technical SEO* strategies to boost rankings.

* Perform *website audits* and recommend improvements for better performance.

* Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO and conversions.

* Plan, execute, and manage *Google Ads & Social Media Ads campaigns* (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

* Monitor ad spend, optimize CPC/CTR, and ensure campaigns meet ROI targets.

* Use **analytics tools* (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance.

* Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.

*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).

*Experience:* 0.6 - 2years of proven experience in SEO and Ads campaign management.

*Skills:*

* Strong knowledge of **SEO tools** (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

* Expertise in **on-page, off-page & technical SEO**.

* Hands-on experience with **Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads**.
