We are hiring a React Native Developer for Websites.co.in, a platform used by millions of businesses to create their websites in minutes. You will build and improve our mobile experience used by small business owners globally.

Your role:

• Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native
• Implement clean, reusable components and UI screens
• Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data efficiently
• Work on app performance, loading speed, and smooth UX
• Debug issues, fix crashes, and improve app stability
• Collaborate with product, backend, and QA teams to ship features
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and release cycles

What we expect:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and React Native basics
• Familiarity with navigation, state management, and component lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party libraries, and async storage
• Knowledge of Git for version control

About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team in our Bangalore office. We're looking for someone who is an all-rounder, but has particularly exceptional backend engineering skills.

Responsibilities

You'll wear many hats. Your responsibilities will fall into 2 categories:

AI Engineering

• Develop AI agents with a high bar for reliability and performance.

• Architect our data annotation, fine tuning, and RLHF workflows.

Full-Stack Engineering (80% backend, 20% frontend)

• Lead the team in designing scalable architecture to support performant web applications.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and AWS Glue
• Develop and maintain scalable data architectures on AWS (S3, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, RDS)
• Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation using Python and SQL
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate Generative AI models into analytics workflows
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize insights using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data assets
• Optimize performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot bottlenecks
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

Responsibilities

 Develop an effective test suite based on the FPGA requirements.

 Testbench architecture with System Verilog and UVM

 Develop test environments based on the architecture.

 Develop Agents, Drivers, Monitors, Predictors, Scoreboard, and Sequences etc.

 Actively participate in a team environment, working with verification,

architecture, applications, and design teams to develop comprehensive

verification plans and address issues.

 Verification environment development/update for block level and system level.

 Own and drive verification related activities, provide technical support, and

proactively manage tasks to meet schedule goals.

 Define and develop effective functional assertions and coverpoints

 Debug the design issues and report through appropriate tools

 Code Coverage analysis and test case identification for improving the code

coverage.

 Perform timing simulations.

 Apply techniques and skills required to identify a root cause of a given issue and

very good debugging skills.

 Technical guidance to the junior engineers on verification tasks.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication or

VLSI )

 10+ years of Industry experience in development, integration & verification of

ASIC/FPGA.

 Protocols – PCIe, SPI, ARINC 429, Mil 1553, Image processing or similar.

 Hands on experience in developing System Verilog/UVM verification

environment from scratch.

 Hands on experience with Questa or similar advanced simulation tools.

 Hands on experience in DO-254 verification process.

 Experience in DOORS/Jama will be a plus.

 Experience in Video domain will be a plus.

Knowledge in tools like CANalyser / CANoe, CANDiva, CANstress, CANDELA studio, Lauterbach

Experience in scripting languages like Shell / Perl / CAPL / Make etc.,

Experience in using tools like Logiscope / Function Generator / Oscilloscope, etc

Experience in configuration management & defect tracking tools

Automotive domain and powertrain systems knowledge a plus
