Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Growth Marketing Manager at Brown Living. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as marketing analytics, project management, web analytics, and marketing automation. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention. The role requires strong analytical and project management skills to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for Brown Living across B2B & B2C verticals.
● Analyze business operations, trends, costs, and obligations to project future revenues and provide strategic advice.
● Lead and execute lead generation and conversion campaigns to optimize sales funnel performance.
● Monitor and optimize ecommerce metrics for the platform, focusing on both topline and bottomline growth.
● Optimize user flows through conversion-focused campaigns to enhance
customer acquisition and retention.
● Report regularly to management on marketing operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Conduct surveys to identify growth opportunities and develop solutions to business problems.
● Represent the company at business events, managing business development, sales, and marketing activities.
● Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute business growth activities effectively.
● Coordinate with customer accounts and suppliers to ensure clear

Our backend is written in Python using Django framework. And the frontend is in AngularJS. Currently there is no mobile app.
Infrastructure:
We are an AWS shop and use their services for most needs, Docker for containerization and ECS as orchestrator, RDS as database, S3 for storage and SQS as messaging backend.

2. Your hiring plan?
Currently the engineering team comprises of 3 engineers, and we plan to grow it to 8 by the end of 2021.
