**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver on Sales plan, gross margin plan, inventory refills, and overall P&L.
- Develop Sales targets with E-Commerce portals, creating a 360-degree marketing plan for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and BigBasket.
- Research market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze Sales figures, making improvements to increase revenue.
- Ensure a complete product assortment, comprehensive product content, improved organic search ranking, and performance benchmarking for the Ecommerce channel.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives for increased profitability.
- Manage the user experience of the website, including navigation, content, creative, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in any industry.
