My Incentives is a no-code platform that delivers four core outcomes for our clients: 

  1. Real-time incentive automation — ingesting sales data and calculating payouts with zero manual effort 
  2. Gamification and motivation — keeping the brand and sales targets top of mind for frontline and channel reps 
  3. Leadership visibility — giving regional sales heads a live view of team performance 
  4. Fraud and leakage elimination — ensuring every payout is accurate and tamper-proof 

 

We expect you to play a critical role in supporting the go-to market strategy for our products. You will be responsible for all marketing activities, more specifically identifying, developing and acquiring new leads and creating brand awareness. In addition to having a successful presence on relevant digital media, you will also demonstrate a proactive approach to creating the right opportunities to grow our business. It is essential that you are a focused performer who is in the habit of achieving the assigned objectives.

Responsibilities of the role 

  • Paid Search & Performance: Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) to drive B2B lead generation.  
  • Multi-Channel Acquisition: Beyond Google, manage paid media and growth hacking through LinkedIn and other B2B platforms. 
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify technical hacks and integrations to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates on landing pages.  
  • Data-Driven Execution: Gather and derive actionable insights from Google Analytics and Zoho to refine targeting and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) 
  • Hands-on expertise in paid/organic traffic sources including SEO/SEM/LinkedIn/ Email/Other paid media 
  • Must have expertise in using various digital platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Ad networks, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Zoho campaigns, etc.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS domain.  
  • Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise in Google Adwords (Google Ads), Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.  
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong bias for using analytical tools to make data-driven decisions.  
  • Soft Skills: Great communication skills and a creative mindset to balance technical performance with compelling brand messaging.  
  • Collaboration: Ability to report to the Head of Sales and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
