About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X. This role owns influencer strategy end-to-end—from discovery and relationship building to campaign execution, performance tracking, and ROI optimization. You’ll work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to build authentic, high-impact influencer programs that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Discovery & Relationship Building
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential creators across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, nutrition, and food.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
- Maintain a strong and diverse influencer pipeline aligned with brand values.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from briefing to publishing.
- Create clear, actionable briefs covering campaign goals, brand tone, and creative direction.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across platforms.
Content Governance & Performance Tracking
- Review influencer content for brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and visual compliance.
- Track and report KPIs such as reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Share insights and optimization recommendations to improve performance continuously.
Budget Management & Operations
- Manage influencer budgets, negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payouts with finance and agency partners.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and cost tracking.
Innovation, Trends & Creative Strategy
- Stay ahead of platform trends, creator formats, and emerging social channels.
