As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of SmartWinnr for our global clientele. You will engage with customers throughout the pilot, implementation, and post-implementation phases, providing exceptional support and consulting to meet their needs. This role requires handling tasks independently, a commitment to working night shifts, and leveraging your experience to contribute to customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with SmartWinnr customers across various stages including pilot, implementation, and post-implementation to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction.
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries with a consultative approach, providing tailored solutions and guidance.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest updates, changes, and releases in SmartWinnr to offer accurate and current information to customers.
- Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying and leveraging cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts to drive growth.
- Independent Handling: Manage and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Night Shift: Be available to work night shifts to accommodate global customer needs and ensure timely support across different time zones.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in customer support or technical support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and effectively use software systems like SmartWinnr. Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Management:
- Develop strategies and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, including focus content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising
- Understand user journey from first interaction to final conversion and create campaign targeting groups and strategies based on that.
