The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate WINIT’s enterprise growth. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, driving end-to-end sales conversations, and closing high-value deals.

What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end business development activities, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across target industries such as FMCG, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
• Build and manage relationships with CXOs, business heads, and senior decision-makers.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer pain points and position WINIT’s SFA/DMS solutions effectively.
• Own pipeline generation, opportunity management, proposal discussions, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, sales intelligence platforms, automation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) for account research, outreach personalization, and opportunity analysis.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to create compelling solution presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity tracking in CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business acquisition targets.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales / B2B SaaS Sales.
• Strong experience in selling enterprise software solutions, preferably SFA, DMS, SaaS, or business applications.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing enterprise deals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Purpose

To support the Finance & Accounts team in maintaining accurate accounting records, processing day-to-day transactions, assisting in statutory compliance, and ensuring timely completion of accounting and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting system.

• Prepare and post purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.

• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts and customer accounts.

• Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.

• Verify invoices, supporting documents and approvals before accounting.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality of product feature development.

Test Design: Understand the necessary functionalities and implementation strategies for straightforward feature development. Inspect code changes, identify key test scenarios and impact areas, and create a thorough test plan.

Test Automation: Work with developers to build reusable test scripts. Review unit/functional test scripts, and aim to maximize test coverage to minimize manual testing, using Python.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field, with a genuine interest in software quality assurance, issue detection, and analysis.

DB developer 

This position is for Oracle Golden Gate developer and DBA position. The Candidate will implement and support Oracle Golden Gate replication components across many databases. Working closely with many application teams and implementing near real time replications with golden gate. Candidate should provide operational support as well.

Roles and responsibilities :

Configure and build Golden Gate Extracts/replicate for multiple databases.

Configure error handling for restart, logging, production support and status reporting in Golden Gate.

Identify and produce documentation of best practices.

Trouble shooting and performance tuning Golden Gate replications.
