About the Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members using provided leads to promote premium services.
- Explain product offerings that assist users in their search for a life partner.
- Follow structured sales processes and scripts to achieve high conversion rates.
- Update system records and maintain accurate documentation after every call.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with non-converted inquiries and update their status.
- Meet daily targets for calls, talk time, and revenue generation.
- Participate in performance reviews and training sessions.
- Guide walk-in customers (if applicable) and convert them into paid members.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all sales and client communications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Telesales (preferably in B2C roles).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Clear speech and confident verbal delivery.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- High motivation, resilience, and a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in regional languages is a strong advantage.

Role – The Manager will be completely responsible for the overall AOP target achievement. The person will be required to pull up his/her sleeves and get involved in every aspect of market development & sales. This is a strategic and important part for the business hence we need someone who is analytical, strategic as well as tactical. The candidate needs to be owning and hitting/exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets with the assigned teams.
What you will do in this role :-
1. Responsible for overall AOP target achievement. Will assist in driving the productivity of Centers and Outbound team.
2. Data Analytics – analysis various data and showcase trends, identify and correct performance gaps.
3. Track lead conversion on various source and system categories. Identify gaps in lead conversion and execute methods to correct it.
4. Drive various projects which are allocated time to time to drive efficiency and productivity.
5. Co-ordinate and liaison with various departments on behalf of the center and outbound team and give support to ground teams by resolving day-to- day operational challenges faced by them.
6. Design and Drive R & R program nationally for center and outbound teams.
7. Design training modules for new recruits, design trainings for improving existing efficiency, Development of existing training modules, Execute trainings across all centers and outbound teams.
What you should have :-
1. 4+ years of experience in Telesales team management.
2. Bachelor’s Degree.
3. Exposure to value & volume selling is a must.
4. Good Understanding of Quality metrics and process improvements.
5. Drive performance management by applying and implementing best in class performance metrics.
