Roles & Responsibilities:-

  1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  2. Going to home conduction is a must. 
  3. Calling to 250+ calls/day and maintaining 3hrs of Talk-time thus booking 10 conductions for the week for each day.
  4. Understand customer needs and requirements with strong academic knowledge. 
  5. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.
  6. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  7. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  8. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  9. Perform effective online demos to prospects.



Growth & Incentive Structure: 

  1. Huge growth potential with the ability to become sales manager within a couple of months if you have a knack of sales.
  2. 2-10% of sale value is given in the form of incentives based on the slabs achieved. That rounds up to 25k - 3 Lakhs/month of incentives apart from your base salaries. 
  3. Travel allowance will be given apart from base perks.
