Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates through various sources, such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Engage with potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and interest in open job positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand the client's staffing requirements and provide appropriate candidate recommendations.
