Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Min Experience: 2-3 years

Gender: Female only

Qualification: Graduation and above

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and admission processes.

2. Provide guidance on college selection in NEET UG, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.

3. Conduct information sessions, workshops, and one-on-one counselling.

4. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.

5. Manage leads, follow up with inquiries, and convert them into admissions.

6. Stay updated on admission trends, policies, and procedures.

Job Title: Coordinator, Customer Care Center – Service

Location: Malad,Mumbai

Status: Active

Salary Range: INR 4,80,000 – 7,50,000 per annum

Experience Required: 1 – 12 years

Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Handle loan-related customer inquiries over the loan servicing toll-free number for pre-foreclosure to delinquent accounts.
• Follow up with customers when payment commitments are not met.
• Log all borrower contacts into the loan servicing system.
• Offer long-term resolutions to customers to resolve delinquency issues.
• Efficiently use an autodialing system to maximize productivity and increase contact ratios.
• Achieve the prescribed number of customer contacts during each workday.
• Understand customer relations functions and available services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Education / Experience

• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge or experience in mortgage loan servicing is desirable but not mandatory.
• Graduate degree preferred; undergraduates must have at least 6 months of call center (voice support) experience.

Work Schedule / Requirements

• Must be willing to work in US shifts.
• Shift timings: 5:30 PM / 6:30 PM / 7:30 PM / 8:30 PM IST (may change twice a month).
• Call center hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Must have a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) for remote work.
• Candidates must reside in Mumbai (base location) while working from home.
• Currently following a hybrid model — employees will be scheduled to work both from office and home.
• Mandatory work from office during training and initial production phase (minimum 6 months) until performance standards are consistently met.
• Flexibility required for potential role transitions between Customer Service and Customer Resolutions as per business needs.
• Transportation provided for late shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ability to work on diverse backend stack such as Node JS, Java, Express JS
2. Ability to work on diverse frontend stack such as React JS, Angular 6/7/8/9, HTML5, CSS3
3. Ability to deliver quick POC’s using cutting edge technologies.
4. Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

Competency Requirements

1. Experience in NodeJS, Java and development using AngularJS / ReactJS

3. Experience in client/server application development
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies
5. Knowledge of unit testing theory
6. Knowledge of AWS cloud
7. Experience in Java, Python and Go will be added advantage

Data Engineering : Senior Engineer / Manager

As Senior Engineer/ Manager in Data Engineering, you will translate client requirements into technical design, and implement components for a data engineering solutions. Utilize a deep understanding of data integration and big data design principles in creating custom solutions or implementing package solutions. You will independently drive design discussions to insure the necessary health of the overall solution.

Must Have skills :

1. GCP

2. Spark streaming : Live data streaming experience is desired.

3. Any 1 coding language: Java/Pyhton /Scala

Skills & Experience :

- Overall experience of MINIMUM 5+ years with Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Big Data technologies

- Hands-on experience with the Hadoop stack - HDFS, sqoop, kafka, Pulsar, NiFi, Spark, Spark Streaming, Flink, Storm, hive, oozie, airflow and other components required in building end to end data pipeline. Working knowledge on real-time data pipelines is added advantage.

- Strong experience in at least of the programming language Java, Scala, Python. Java preferable

- Hands-on working knowledge of NoSQL and MPP data platforms like Hbase, MongoDb, Cassandra, AWS Redshift, Azure SQLDW, GCP BigQuery etc.

- Well-versed and working knowledge with data platform related services on GCP

- Bachelor's degree and year of work experience of 6 to 12 years or any combination of education, training and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
